I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come here very often in the afternoons for me and my family, and it is usually always friendly, polite, and has such amazing and quick service. Instead I went there this morning and it wasn’t like that at all, they were annoyed about me placing an online order because it didn’t come through to their computer until I got there. One specific person named “Patty” just showed all over her face how upset she was, the first said to me when opening up the window was “we just got your order and it is now being worked on. But next time order ahead of time instead.” In a very annoyed and rude tone. I have never had this problem in the afternoon at all and was very disappointed and upset with how it went this morning. I will definitely be staying to my afternoon runs from now

This is my local starbucks. They haves ups and down but they mostly make your drinks very well and very quickly. The people that work there are pretty nice!! PUMKIN SPICE FOR LIFE!!
Dietary restrictions: they have lots of substitute milks which is really nice for my dairy free people.
This Starbucks always does my order right and the staff is super friendly.

Cashier was so rude, I even called corporate. To huff & roll her eyes when I asked if she could at least verbally tell the barista "light water." Then charged extra for the base, which is only done when NO water is requested. I'm about done with Starbucks, at least the stores. The ones inside Safeway, Targets, etc are far better & more knowledgeable
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks! The weekday morning staff are the sweetest and make me feel so welcomed! They are personable, professional and amazing at their jobs! Hands down recommend for your coffee needs! ❤️

This is more of a heads-up about dining-in than a negative review. Actually, the coffee is just as good as ever, and the staff just as friendly and professional, but this Starbucks, like a lot of other places, has taken measures to make it less comfortable for homeless people to lounge around and consequently it makes it more uncomfortable for customers like me who really used to like sitting in one of their puffy chairs with the AC on high and music on low and read a book. They've gotten rid of those chairs and the AC doesn't feel like it is even on and music is loud. Couldn't stop sweating. It was cooler outside. So I guess this is the beginning of the end of the dine-in experience - can see it in other places. Starbucks will probably become drive-thru only pretty soon and everything else will be delivery. I don't give the fast-food places much longer. Their dining areas are in sad shape too.
