Vegetarian options: Portobello burger options in an otherwise beef focused, but fine dining, setting.

This restaurant exists for people who want to spend money. I Don't. So if I do spend It needs to be special, at these prices it needs to be perfect. 4 of us had dinner on my birthday. The current cut being served for the porkchop is inedible. At 35$ I expect a large double cut chop of tender brined meat. We received a chop that was more than 30% inedible. Riddled with fat, not meat. Literally having to chew fat and spit it out because it was inedible. I explained our dissatisfaction to the waitress. 2 chops at the table. My brother struggled and 50% was uneaten. Maybe slightly undercooked. The response when I complained was that these chops were famous and sought after, marbled, wagyu. People love them, people seek out the fattiest cuts. I disagree. The fat is unpleasant and inedible and really ruined my meal. Unfourtunate, I wanted to give True a chance. They did nothing to remedy the situation.

Excellent service. Top notch food. Capable of accommodating work meetings in their large private room. Absolutely best restaurant in town!

The last time we went here for a special occasion we shared the Crab Cakes & Calamari. The Crab Cakes were mushy & the calamari were small rings with batter. No taste of any Calamari. So from now on we will go out to the Coast. Also, it was very noisy inside.

They try hard. The food is subpar. Steak was expensive and yet tough, not marbled, not succulent.Waitress Monica was fun and endearing. Trying to fix it.We probably won't be back for a while.

The New York Strip dinner requested to be cooked medium rare . Was sent back and returned cooked medium almost medium well.Chicken remoulade was good however the mushroom risotto was under cooked. Our server Carlie however was super amazing. She made sure our salads and main course were in timing. She was considerate and we loved her outfit. Super friendly. We tipped according to her service as her professionalism has nothing to do with the kitchen staff. The quality of the food was poor for "refined dining " according to the website.Would not recommend on a night this establishment offers a special menu.Do better. So much waste when it was so simple

Previously, I've raved about their food and service, but this last time I went, I was rather disappointed. Service was extremely slow. Some of the food choices were fabulous, but others were very disappointing. We got some calamari and crab cakes for appetizers, and the crab cakes were great and what I was accustomed to, but the calamari was overcooked and chewy. My wife got the Yuzu Halibut, which came with yakisoba noodle. The halibut was great, but the noodles were overcooked and chewy. I, and another one in our party, ordered the Adobo-Lime Chisken, and it was fabulous and consistsnt with what I've had in the past. Overall, though disappointed this time, I'll likely be back to try it again.

Was in the area on a roadtrip layover and saw great reviews for this place. I went here with my boyfriend and really enjoyed our experience. The food was amazing, we shared 3 of the social plates which was a really nice way to try a little bit of everything. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts and pork wings!

True, what happened? This used to be the place I could count on for quality food, every time. Then slowly over the last few years the quality has gone down. Burnt buns, extremely peppered shrimp and grits, ect.. yet my to go order the other day was the biggest disappointment so far. I used to rave to everyone about this burger. Yet this time the meat smelled and tasted rancid. I had someone else smell it and they about gagged. I took one bite and couldn’t get through anything else. Not saucy like usually, burnt buns, and foul smell/taste. For a $17 burger- it should be fresh meat and perfect every time. I will say, my other items had no issues.
