best restaurant I've ever been to in the U.S>. Pricey but well worth it. drinks superb, dinner was an extraordinary treat to the palette. Everyone in our party felt the same. Amazing to find such a place in Roseburg!!!

True Kitchen + Bar is a favorite restaurant in the area, considered the best by many. The food is always phenomenal, terrific, and amazing, with dishes like the TKB burger, giant pork chops, and filet mignon highlighted as the best ever had. The menu has something for everyone. Drinks are to die for, and desserts are excellent; do not skip the salad. Every employee is extremely nice, attentive, professional, and super friendly, with service that could not be better. The atmosphere and feel of the place are great, and it is quite entertaining to sit at the bar. It can get a little loud during busy hours, but the experience is a 10/10 and well worth the trip.
