There is no peppermint ice cream for Christmas ugh. I lived in Sutherlin in 1968 and always got peppermint candy ice cream. It's so sad these changes

Products WERE decent.Your fleet vehicles are dirty. Why don't you have some pride in your business and get them scrubbed and washed? They were cleaned a while ago but in the more recent 6 to 9 months, your fleet has been dingy and unsatisfactoy.You know it is about first impressions and dirty vehicles isn't good. It gives the impression that you dont care about your products within your buildings.We don't buy your producrs anymore though. If your vehicles are dirty, what makes me think your machines inside are clean? I'd rather not deal with sickness in my household.

You know, its sad that I can go to Walmart and buy a gallon of ice cream for around $6 but you guys charge almost $7 for a quart and 3/4 and in my opinion, it’s just as good

Today was the first time I tried Umpqua ice-cream. I chose the strawberry at Grocery Outlet. And I thought Loard's ice-cream was the best. Never in my life have I had such a creamy sensation in my mouth. I'll never buy another brand

The last 3 gallons of milk we bought have tasted sour before the expiration date. Never had this issue before but seems to be more and more common lately. Very disappointing.
Love their dairy products. Hands down few other states cant compare to the taste of Umpqua dairy products. Prices are grate for all products that come from here and sticked in our stores

Shrinkflation strikes at Umpqua. The cows are the same size but their new ice cream container has a half quart less for the same price as the 1.75 quart. STINKFLATION!
