When you walk in they have a board with many different flavors and combinations but we were greeted by a young girl who gave us the vibe of unwelcomness and then we were told they only had one flavor, chocolate. Nothing else. Why have an ice cream shop if you only have one flavor? Don't go unless you only want chocolate.

Took almost 30 min to complete an order of 2 ice cream rolls and 2 bobbas, it was on a Sunday, lady had a bad attitude and she didn't even care to clean the dish where she makes the ice cream, bad attitude, poor hygiene, I will never come back to this stablishment

Very nice service! Yummy treats! Decent price with the weekly special. Lots of good things, inside the tables were clean, however, other areas looked like it needed a good scrubbing. (The floors and garbage cans looked grimey)

Always something with this place. Either they don't have anyone to open or they just don't care. Multiple times I come by and are never open when they should be. Like it's the hottest weekend of the year, and your closed? Stupid.
Plus they shut down an hour before closing because the young singular person working doesn't want to be there beyond the closing time.
Ice cream is good, would love to actually get something once in awhile.
Just drive by people and go somewhere else, not worth your time or money.

Pulled up to the store 20 minutes before close and the were already closed no one was in the store even though online it said open and the sign said open until 9pm

Showed up at 8pm on a Saturday after driving 30 minutes to use a coupon and the store was closed. The website and posted hours clearly show the store should be open. Lights off, door locked and no sign of the store being open anytime recently. Even tried to call and the posted number says disconnected. Free ice cream or not, this store lost our business.

Drove 35 minutes, arrived at 1:12 on a Saturday. Says they open at 1:00.. store is still closed & lights are off. Waited 15 minutes and no change.. watched a couple other customers try and open their doors as well and drive off after.. disappointing 1st impression..
Was told to leave half an hour before close because worker didn’t want to do her job. First time ever coming here and now I’m Never coming back & never recommending this place. 8:30pm on Friday 3/7/25 door says open till 9. Boo 🍅👎

Just really confused. We drove all the way over there on a Saturday at 12:42, according to Google and the sign in their window they open at noon on Saturdays. They were definitely not open. Now I have a screaming child who wants ice cream and we need to find somewhere else. Maybe they need to update their business hours.

Never really had an issue with the ice cream here. I’ve always loved coming here and this is my favorite ice cream place. The only problem I had so far is the service. Came in at 8:20 pm. Was the third person to order. A few minutes afterward, a bunch of people come in. Tell me why I get my order after the other people’s orders. 20 minute wait turns into a 45 minute wait. Highly disappointed especially after leaving a good tip.

place lwk fell off. i used to come here a lot and it was usually packed. food is good, but its pretty expensive

One if the workers was wearing a loose fitting cardigan which was falling into the icecream and all the milk products were not in fridges. There were many more healthcare violations as well. Let alone, the icecream isn’t even good.
