Just really confused. We drove all the way over there on a Saturday at 12:42, according to Google and the sign in their window they open at noon on Saturdays. They were definitely not open. Now I have a screaming child who wants ice cream and we need to find somewhere else. Maybe they need to update their business hours.

Never really had an issue with the ice cream here. I’ve always loved coming here and this is my favorite ice cream place. The only problem I had so far is the service. Came in at 8:20 pm. Was the third person to order. A few minutes afterward, a bunch of people come in. Tell me why I get my order after the other people’s orders. 20 minute wait turns into a 45 minute wait. Highly disappointed especially after leaving a good tip.

place lwk fell off. i used to come here a lot and it was usually packed. food is good, but its pretty expensive

One if the workers was wearing a loose fitting cardigan which was falling into the icecream and all the milk products were not in fridges. There were many more healthcare violations as well. Let alone, the icecream isn’t even good.

I have to tell whomever ones this business that I have never had service like I have the last 2 times I have been in. It is horrendous. The people in tonight 7/5/24 were rude, to not only me but the mass of people ahead of me! The orders were wrong, the argument of what she wrote not the dish and what she made, was nonsense! then she forgot to make mine and after I reminded her she had one more she was furious and gave me a dish with half the amount of ice cream we paid for. I even said something and showed my receipt and nothing But rudeness. WILL NOT BE BACK NO MATTER HOW GOOD ICECREAM IS. So sad, you have a great idea, Horrible delivery.

Really bad atmosphere first off, no music and no ambiance, felt like it was decorated in 2005. as far as rolled ice cream goes it was only okay, not sweet enough. The creaminess is still there, but you can get that in a good tub of Tillamook for much cheaper. Weird experience.

I've only been here 3 times maybe in the past to get bubble tea, and each time was "eh". Because of their odd hours, I checked before coming today but they were closed! On a Tuesday, after 5pm. No note was on the door with an explanation either.

This place is a gem! Watching them make the ice cream right in front of you is half the fun. The ice cream itself is creamy and delicious, with a great selection of toppings to choose from. Definitely a must try spot for a unique dessert. I gave the strawberry lavender one a try and it was delicious.

I took my grandkids here for the first time, We walked up to the door at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they would not let us in. Signs said they were open people were indoors and they waved us off..

Recently been staffing up. It's usually been pretty slow as it's a labor intensive process. I can see how not many people would want to work in a physical job like this. With more people working things go faster as wait has always been my complaint. They are trying branch out to other food items but I wouldn't recommend it.
The employee who was working on the evening we went was extremely rude/unprofessional. The store lights and “open” sign were off despite it only being 6:30 pm. It took forever to get our ice cream and the rolls were sloppy. The flavor I picked was good though.

I cannot give any stars on service as I have tried to come here MULTIPLE MULTIPLE times recently AND THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED (which google states AND EVEN THE SIGN ON THEIR BUSINESS STATES THE HOURS THAT IS ON GOOGLE) BUT if I could give negative stars on service on this particular location I WOULD.. maybe have some up-to-date signs which can prevent a paying customer from wasting gas/time (and disappointing a kiddo) ... seems like the owners of this franchise needs to get their stuff together.

We came here multiple days a week to find it closed. I finally see it’s open at 5pm, so I took my daughter one night at around 7:20pm, and by 10pm she was violently ill from this place! I know it was from this because we ate everything the same and I didn’t get any ice cream and I was fine. She puked until 1am and was sweaty and in pain. Will never come here again. I’m guessing it’s from their whipped cream since it was not in the refrigerator.
