Breakfast was amazing and service was quick and efficient. They were also very kind. My sasage omlett was really good and loved the hash browns. Hubby had the chicken fried steak and said it was delicious. Definitely would go here again.

Grandma's Chorizo omelet didn't disappoint! Great reuben sammich too! The chicken breading on the chicken and was a bit salty, though.

Food is good. Better than a lot of other diners. Wish they had real creamer for their coffee. This is my husband's go to place in salem.
Definitely a place where locals hang out. It has the rustic feel and service imof an old town diner.

I live nearby and every year I give them another try to see if maybe I'm getting flukes. But I've tried three different dishes and I've disliked all of them. Most recently, I ordered a burrito. It was covered in oil. I couldn't even hold it without covering my hands in oil and had to unwrap it to eat. The potatoes also have a burnt taste to them. I don't recommend this restaurant.
