Absolute Salem treasure. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Perfectly seasoned meat, great sides, and some of the best hummus I’ve had locally. We’re lucky to have a spot like Al Aqsa in our community. Highly recommend!

Watched the owner not wash his hands before making my orders. Then argued with me about how he doesn't need to wash his hands. No refunds and my food is now suspect. The food looks revolting.

I wish I could rate it better as the couple who runs it are very nice. We ordered the lamb pkate and was not happy as the lamb was over spiced with sumac. Also the pieces were soft, like off the shank and not firm like a kebab would be.

Tried AlAqsa in Salem and honestly, it was amazing. I grabbed a coffee and the lamb shawarma plate, and both hit the spot. The lamb was tender, full of flavor, and tasted like real Palestinian home cooking. The sides were fresh and everything was seasoned just right.
