Poor service. We (party of 2) ordered a drink each and grabbed a seat. We watched multiple parties order and get their drinks as we waited 30mins+. We finally got the server’s attention were told that the system was backed up and our ticket just got printed, they were working on our drinks and it’ll be out shortly. Waited another 15 mins for the server to bring us the wrong drinks. No worries, he said he’s going to remake them. Watched him serve another party of maybe 6-7 people another round of drinks as well as other parties get their drinks. He then comes back to our table and explained that the drink mix up was actually bc “a 21 year old at the bar just took the drinks.” We wait a little longer, and our drinks finally come out. I had ordered the same drink I got two weeks ago and this was just not up to par with what I had before. But at point, we had already waited so long for our drinks, I wasn’t going to send it back and wait even longer. Ultimately, both service and drinks were just so inconsistent. The server, while friendly, seemed to prioritize other orders even after realizing we had been sitting there for so long

Went in last night for a drink with a group of three people. I was looking to get a coffee type of cocktail like Archive has down the street but I was told this place was pretty good, so we decided to swing by and give it a shot.
Worst. Experience. In. Salem.
The bartender was obviously overwhelmed, there were only two people working on a Friday night. Waited ten minutes in line. Multiple parties were helped before ours even though we had walked in earlier. We did not get our drinks until 20 after ordering. When I finally got my drink, she told me "Here's your drink with freshly brewed coffee and fresh whipped cream". The way she said it, felt very passive aggressive. There was no apology for the wait, no explanation for her ignoring our entire party that was looking over at her every couple minutes wondering what the hell was going on. I mean, if she would have told me she was waiting on the coffee to brew, I would have been a lot more understanding.
If you guys can't have a drink made promptly then maybe, don't have it on the menu. If your bartender can't communicate upon order that "yeah, I can do that but it's going to take about twenty minutes and a little bit of a wait if that's okay with you?" I would have gladly changed my drink if so. Just really, poor communication and customer service skills. And then to blame me at the end of it all for ordering a drink that was on your menu and had no warning of the wait, was the absolute icing on the cake.
Downed the drink as quick as I could just to get the hell out of there.

Waited for 45 min for 2 drinks. Took our card and order told us to sit.... got 1 drink, tried to charge for a beer we never got. At that point we left. Almost couldn't find our card.Parking lot is pay to park but not labled infront of building..only in some areas. won't allow sign on building. Ide rather not talk or hear about this place ever again.

Ridiculously slow: 20+ minutes from ordering a drink to receiving a drink, even on a slow night.Terrible service: prepare to be left in the dark wondering where and how to order, just to be chased down... not to clean the table you sat at, but to get your credit card. Then when drinks are delivered, be prepared for them to come take them away from you. No, not instantly swapped with the correct drinks, but just taking your drink away citing that they brought you the wrong drink and they will make you a different one. Then when you say to just cancel the order, they still bring you another drink and try to charge you full price.I know the problem - it's the self-righteous owner behind the bar acting like a puppet master telling her minions what to do. The food is always unique and amazing. The drinks are amazing. Would I go back after my last experience? NEVER.

Second of three on a bar crawl. Cute little spot nestled in-between an alley right beside Masonry Grill and where the old 1859 is located.Space is small but felt large and the inside was very modern and cozy. We only ordered drinks so this review is strictly off aesthetic and drinks.We ordered a Stone Old Fashioned and Cool As A Cucumber. Without question, the Stone Old Fashioned was the best drink I've had in the area, and that's in high regard because Epilogue makes the other best Old Fashioned I've had. High compliments to their mixologist for creating such a balance, freshing menu of drinks. The Cool As A Cucumber was also fragrant, tasty, and refreshing and would also highly recommend.This is a definitely cute space and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend their drink selection if you want a great hangout after work with friends or significant other.

Only complaint is that I stupidly circled the block looking for this place— guys, it’s in the alley. See context clues in the name. Anyway, the drinks are very tasty! Brain child of the bartender with the cool hair. Happy hour is great and I got a Frito Pie which I never heard of but was tasty! Also, apparently they have trivia on Wednesday nights.
