The food was good. The service was great, however I was so cold I had trouble enjoying my meal. I can't believe I am the only person posting a complaint about this. My server actually said they get complaints daily about how cold it is and the manager doesn't do anything to rectify the situation. I mean it is freezing. I could not wait to leave. This has to be costing you business such as desert sales etc. Turn it up a couple of degrees.

This is just my opinion but the drinks are way over priced and not good. It all tastes like cheap malt liquor. I ate the fish and chips and it was ok but not great. I tried the burger and it was really good. So I guess this is just a burger place and nothing else. The service was great and friendly.

Pam the manager is awesome because she really does care about her customers being satisfied with their food. Funny story, but I met her years ago when I had received an over cooked steak. If memory serves me right, they had just recently hired a new cook. I am not one of those people who yells or makes a scene when something isn’t right. I understand that things happen & everything isn’t going to be perfect all of the time with anything. So I told our waitress my steak was overcooked & she went to correct the issue. Within a very reasonable time, a different lady we hadn’t seen before brought me a replacement , asked me to make sure the cooking was right. She stood there to make sure I was satisfied & I mentioned to her that I was a a little caught off guard because she was not our waitress & that’s when she told us she was the manager 😀. She was caring, attentive & polite. We love going to this location because of Pam. I have seen Pam working most of the times we go. I really like that even though she’s a manager she doesn’t have an attitude & treats others with kindness & respect. I’ve seen this lady talk to other customers. She just makes you feel welcomed & like you’re at home. I didn’t know her name until recently when we stopped in & she stopped to talk to us at our table the last time. I just wanted to give Pam some recognition because it’s important to acknowledge such kindness & also give praise to people or places. Some people only leave reviews when they are mad but it’s also important to give good reviews/praise when good things or people exist. Spread kindness ❤️

Waited for 35 minutes for our food and received cold boneless wings, cold tacos, and there was a HAIR in our waffle fries!!!! Waiter and manager were very apologetic. We have never had issues until this last trip. Seems like there was a change in leadership. But we will not be returning to this establishment.

We went with our grandparents, which one is in a wheel chair and he hadn't been able to leave the house for many months besides going to the hospital. The staff helped him to our table and provided orange juice for his blood sugar levels. They also gave him a free ice cream, which made him very joyful. Our waiter Niah was very kind and thoughtful of our situation. Thank you for being such a amazing waiter Niah

We had a extremely kind woman come to our table and supply us with our order, it was a amazing experience and woman who served us was named Niah S. who was kind enough to give our family a free desert since she was so kind and decided that we were loyal customers 😁
