Microphones bit fuzzy, had to repeat, so stay nice, it works better! AND they have Coke products again! Hoping for Caffeine free Diet Coke!

Went in at opening, pre-ordered off the app for some good savings and it was great. French dip and roast beef sandwich are really tasty!
Nice staff as well. Will be going back for sure.

As of today when I post this there's a tall blonde gentleman who keeps picking his nose!!! I mentioned the person at window. All that person said to me was so gross. I said okay do you want to let somebody know.. they seemed very intimidated. So I decided to write this review. Absolutely disgusting when staff look and act with such tackless morals. You are serving someone's food you are getting paid for a service. Provide good service,healthy services!!!

The lady who was doing the drive-thru recognized me right away as being somebody who walked in and did not acknowledge my presence or even attempt to take my order after waiting for 5 minutes she finally said she would be with me at some point. She was not friendly at all I let her know I wanted some sauce I was getting my food to go when she gave me my drink cup I went to go get the Coke zero it was out I expressed to her that it was out and that I would like Coke zero she said she would get to it when she could I mean while I was still waiting for my food I asked if I could have Coke zero from behind the counter as they have another machine back there she ignored me completely then when I got my food she said here you go and I said can I get sauce and she slammed the sauce container on the counter and walked away this is the worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's ever and this place normally is fast and good but this time it was unacceptable I'm not sure that I'll ever go there again after the way I was treated I gave the food a 3-star rating and that's probably not true it's only a one-star due to the fact that the service is so bad it left a terrible taste in my mouth

Just went the the drive thru at 3:45pm today. Met with a rude guy with no teeth and a lady with her head partially shaved on one side with brown hair. They were soooo mean.told me the entire time I have been getting large peach lemonade in a wrong cup and they cussed at me and told me they won’t be giving me the large cup I have gotten before.

Staff makes dining in uncomfortable. We can hear and see the reactions to each other. Meanwhile the dining room getsmore dirty with multiple broken seats pile up. This has been going on for months.
