I paid $8.09 for a side of jalapeño poppers and didn't receive them. Tried calling both the phone # on the receipt and on their website. Couldn't get either one to answer the call. I got ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it. Will not order from them again!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Jesse was cussing out her crew members while I was at the window patiently waiting for service. She was very impatient and rude when taking my order at the menu. I discovered my order was incorrect and poorly prepared. The food was smashed and sloppy. The French fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks still had ice on them. I am never going to return to this location! Absolutely atrocious! An absolute waist of my money and time... I hope corporate will step in and take action!

I was there on 8/19 and I’ve waited to long to write the review because I wanted to make sure that this actually happened the way I think it did.
I pulled Into an empty drive through and order a milkshake and a curly fry. Could’ve been less than a minute. Instead it was three min before someone even goes up to the window, when she does the manager in training, faces away from me and starts taking the order of some new customer who pulled in behind me. I Politely tap on the window a few times, she ignores me, I slide the window open. Instantly she launches into “what’s your problem why’re you banging on the window!!” and starts telling me I need to leave. I say she should have my food in hand already, I ask why it’s taking so long. She responds to this by shutting the window and going inside. After a good ten minutes of waiting for this woman to calm down or for someone else to help me she decides to offer me the food for free. No apology, no explanation. I tell her I don’t want free food, I want to pay and we can go on with our lives. She REFUSED TO LET ME PAY FOR MY FOOD, So I leave. This whole interaction took the better part of fifteen minutes and it still does not make sense to me.

I had donated a dollar to the charity that you guys were asking about and I didn't want the coupon that came along with it, but the cashier gave the coupon to the people after me and took the credit for it, and that kind of irked me a little bit. I had thought about saying something to the manager, but I feel like it would have fallen on deaf ears. I probably wouldn't have cared if you did it after I had left but to do it right in front of me was kind of tacky and I really didn't appreciate it!!!

Microphones bit fuzzy, had to repeat, so stay nice, it works better! AND they have Coke products again! Hoping for Caffeine free Diet Coke!

They have the best beef half pounder than anywhere I have had. Sometimes I have aujus to dip it in for a big french dip.

Went in at opening, pre-ordered off the app for some good savings and it was great. French dip and roast beef sandwich are really tasty!

As of today when I post this there's a tall blonde gentleman who keeps picking his nose!!! I mentioned the person at window. All that person said to me was so gross. I said okay do you want to let somebody know.. they seemed very intimidated. So I decided to write this review. Absolutely disgusting when staff look and act with such tackless morals. You are serving someone's food you are getting paid for a service. Provide good service,healthy services!!!

The lady who was doing the drive-thru recognized me right away as being somebody who walked in and did not acknowledge my presence or even attempt to take my order after waiting for 5 minutes she finally said she would be with me at some point. She was not friendly at all I let her know I wanted some sauce I was getting my food to go when she gave me my drink cup I went to go get the Coke zero it was out I expressed to her that it was out and that I would like Coke zero she said she would get to it when she could I mean while I was still waiting for my food I asked if I could have Coke zero from behind the counter as they have another machine back there she ignored me completely then when I got my food she said here you go and I said can I get sauce and she slammed the sauce container on the counter and walked away this is the worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's ever and this place normally is fast and good but this time it was unacceptable I'm not sure that I'll ever go there again after the way I was treated I gave the food a 3-star rating and that's probably not true it's only a one-star due to the fact that the service is so bad it left a terrible taste in my mouth
