The steak nuggets were nasty. Mozzarella sticks and crispy chicken sandwich were good, though. The service was very slow, but I was taken care of eventually. I dropped my cup in the parking lot, and they gave me a new one. That was nice.

I thought I would try their Syeak nuggets. 1 classic Beef & Chedder, one 6 piece steak nuggets, a side of Mac & cheese & a small drink, $20.00! Ridiculous!

We came in with no cars in line, but had a pretty hefty order with a lot of modifications for the whole family. We ended up causing a bit of a back up and felt terrible. I didn’t catch the girls name at the window, but she was so incredibly nice despite being in an obviously stressful situation. She even offered to hold onto our food to keep it warm while we waited for the shake machine to be changed. She was super professional and we were thankful since we had already had such a large and difficult order. And everything was correct when it did come out!

Absolutely horrible. Arby's was the one fast food I would regularly. Since I became disabled 7 years ago I haven't been able to afford eating out. I decided to treat myself and went. HORRIBLE. The roast beef & cheese was cold, the curly fries were even colder. The soda station was covered in ants & 2 of the 4 sauces I chose were out. Total disappointment & let down.

The staff here is really what makes this place amazing. I just walked in having placed an online order at the wrong location because well life, and they got everything straightened out and started making my order right away.
