I asked for some food that wasn’t burnt and old and said I’d be willing to wait and he said it’s always like that.. sold me some old food and five minutes later they put out fresh ones which looked way better. He seemed to be playing stupid about it and was so rude. I’ll never go back

This Auntie Anne's never has pretzels ready. Very strange for a place that specializes in pretzels. They will have the pretzel bites which are more expensive, ready sometimes. But heaven forbid you want a pretzel, especially one of the flavored ones. Don't bother reading the menu, they probably don't have any of it prepared.

They rarely have any pretzels. The case is always full of the cups . The reason they only have cups I’m sure is because they cost more. I’ve brought this up and I’m told I’m wrong. It’s because they sell more cups. I’m guessing the reason they sell more cups is because that’s the only thing they ever have ready. I’m not joking. Every time I go there all they have ready is cups.

I went to order a pretzel from a very full display case. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes. I asked about the stuff already made. They said it was for to go orders. So I asked for a cup of pretzel bites instead. Apparently everything in the case was for to go orders and no matter what I wanted, it would be a 30 minute wait. I feel like this is an interesting way to do business when you're a stand in a mall.

I told the girl clearly what I wanted a she still messed up my order. When I payed I gave her the bill and she acted like if I had just got done printing the bill at home!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s noon already and these workers had an attitude and didn’t have any pretzels made. I was told a 12 minute wait for a damn pretzel. I might as well go to a fast food place and get a whole meal in less than that time. Get your lazy workers working!

I stopped by with my kids for some pepperoni nuggets, but they were in the oven for 7 minutes. The staff was nice enough to offer to hold some for me if I ordered and walked around the mall until they were ready. When I walked back past there, they had them ready for me. The staff that day was very polite and helpful. The pretzels were as expected :)

The quality of food, staff and cleanliness has GREATLY improved since my first visit in 2017. I've had two recent visits and both times the staff were friendly, made great suggestions for items I had not thought about, and were careful to get my order done correctly as well as quickly. I'd give them five stars, but then there would be no room for improvement (though I can't think of anything at the moment). Definitely would return, and highly recommend others give them a try.

an employee named crystal took the wheelchair from my grandpappy and told him to use his legs. his legs haven’t worked in years. in another instance, one employee asked for dimes but she ignored her. the worker had to give me 50c in pennies due to her pettiness. i won’t be returning.
