I stopped by with my kids for some pepperoni nuggets, but they were in the oven for 7 minutes. The staff was nice enough to offer to hold some for me if I ordered and walked around the mall until they were ready. When I walked back past there, they had them ready for me. The staff that day was very polite and helpful. The pretzels were as expected :)

The quality of food, staff and cleanliness has GREATLY improved since my first visit in 2017. I've had two recent visits and both times the staff were friendly, made great suggestions for items I had not thought about, and were careful to get my order done correctly as well as quickly. I'd give them five stars, but then there would be no room for improvement (though I can't think of anything at the moment). Definitely would return, and highly recommend others give...

Amazing pretzels. I have tried soft pretzels before. Years before to be truthful, and they were less than outstanding.But Auntie Anne's has now got a soft pretzel which is truly amazing. Whilst I prefer to have the cheese sauce with mine, for those who choose to, marinara is available as well.
