We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!

The food is nothing special but OK. The fish was fresh and not over-cooked, and the salad was a nice mix of organic greens. On the other hand the service was slow and apathetic. The waitress made it clear she did not want to be there and didn't care that we were. Rather than wiping of the table between customers, each table is covered with a huge piece of paper that is discarded and replaced with a new piece. Customers are given plastic forks (and I hate plastic forks) and when we asked for hot sauce, instead of bringing a bottle, we got 2 disposable plastic containers each containing about a tablespoon of hot sauce. The amount of paper and plastic waste they produce is shameful. The food was delivered to the table by a rolling robot, the music was awful and too loud, and the overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting. If you go there expecting anything similar to the Newport Grill, which previously occupied the same building, you will be sorely disappointed.

What can I say? It’s a bag of seafood, and it’s pretty awesome. The only complaints I really had was that the Cajun sauce was super thick/floury. I think in the future I’d want just plain butter or garlic butter. The service was ok; forgot a few things but nothing major. The biggest surprise to me was that a robot delivered the food. This robot moved fairly slow and seemed like an accident waiting to happen. The decor and general atmosphere is nice, but we managed to go on a night when screaming children were present. The music is pretty loud too, but they have decent music taste!
