I had a wonderful experience 1/29/2025, purchased a medium frozen drink, barrista took great care of my drink & let me chat her up which helped me start my day off well. I appreciated the willingness of you to listen to my rant. Thank you!
Parking: Only 5 parking spaces up front but huge parking lot very close
Wheelchair accessibility: VERY tight quarters inside but OK for wheelchair / accessibility folks...entrances are OK but hard to maneuver inside.

last night ordered a oreo and cookie cappuchino blast and it had no oreos blended in just a few pieces on top with very little whip. She must have used vanilla icecream instead of oreo icecream. Ugh! I couldn't return since we were on the freeway when I realized it.

Great service and I loved the 'nutty salted caramel' ice cream which I can't get at home!!! We were visiting the Salem area. Disappointed they did NOT have it here! Bummer!
As usual it's small inside with limited seating, but there are seats outside as well.

Went in at 9:30 and figured we would be fine since it was still 30 min before closing . Waited 5 mins to be helped as they were with other customers. My wife ordered her ice cream and got hers. I then said I wanted a Vanilla malt and was told there were told by the manager to not do drinks late so theyget out in time?!!! It was still 20 min till close and there was a line of people that came in behind us. Thats all I wanted was a shake and by passed cold stone to go to Baskin Robbin’s. They wouldn’t make a shake and I left without anything. I worked at Baskin Robbin’s when I was young and you always took care of the customer. Was a very poor experience
