Great ice cream. I ordered a cake chocolate cake oreo ice cream but they gave mw white cake with oreo I checked my order is said chocolate cake. Still great quality. My family loves the ice cream.

Went in on Friday night and I gave the girl the banana split order, vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and caramel. She came back with this bowl of melted slosh. It had everything in it including peanut butter. I asked her about it and she said she would remake it. I was ok…… at this time she was making my 2 scoop sundae. She handed it to me and the ice cream scoops were so small that the hot fudge melted all my ice cream. Then I noticed she had put strawberries in the banana split. ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ I had to leave. It’s been like this for a while. These kids that work there just don’t care. There are so many bad reviews. I should have read the reviews prior to my experience. It’s a rip off. I’d rather go to DQ.

Great customer service. The supervisor handles her team with respect and they seemed to do well under pressure. I was pretty please and one of a kind service these days. Our Birthday princess enjoyed her unicorn ? Ice cream.

My only visit here was a few days ago. Turns out they charged my debit card 6 times, over $100 for a single 3 cone transaction. The manager forced me to drive into the store to resolve, after 20 questions & providing proof. DO NOT use a debit card here, and get an unapologetic runaround as I did. ?
When my husband and I came there tonight with our children, we were getting dirty looks already. There was no place to sit for all the chairs and tables were gone and the people ignored us at first. After we got our ice cream, we sat outside and continued to get dirty looks. Eventually, I asked if my son could use the rest room to wash his hands and go potty. They told me no. I asked "why this place has changed so much? No where to sit, not letting kids and people that pay use the rest room... It makes people not want to come back"The employee answers "that's fine, you don't need to come back"You guys have turned into trash.

Called and asked how much longer they would be open. Person on the phone told me 15 minutes. I arrived 3 minutes later. They were most definitely closed. Amazing that people can get a job with no concept of time lol
