Ice cream and milk shakes typically good quality, however staff routinely underfill drinks, ignore part of orders, and/or try to upsell you. Fairly dissapointed, especially with my last order.

Very rude customer service!!! Had one of my friends family go there with a child. She was attending other guests with a welcoming manner. Once she go to her family, she was being rude and obnoxious. I tried contacting management, but it seems like they are in it as well. Awful experience

I don’t come here often because of the crazy prices, but when I do, I always get greeted and feel welcome. The location is not the best in my opinion, but it’s a good place to come in and get an ice cream with lots of options!

Went there with my husband and son. The young lady was super friendly, quick and just wonderful! Idk if she was alone but she was doing great. Helping everybody. It was clean and getting pretty busy. The only bad thing is there was only 2 tables and 4 chairs that were being used so we couldn't eat there. Other than that everything was great. Thank u. I will be returning soon.

AMAZING customer service! The lady working tonight (6/1/23) I think she was blonde and medium height, was incredible and so kind! I’ve had an absolutely terrible day and she made my day so much better! Please give her a raise! She’s a very hard worker and very sweet!
