AMAZING customer service! The lady working tonight (6/1/23) I think she was blonde and medium height, was incredible and so kind! I’ve had an absolutely terrible day and she made my day so much better! Please give her a raise! She’s a very hard worker and very sweet!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AN EMPLOYEE NAMED KRISTI. Went in and first off, she was on a phone call on her ear piece. i said the first couple lines of my order before i realized she was on the phone!! and she didn't hang up! made us wait at least 5 more minutes! Then she DID NOT WEAR GLOVES WHILE MAKING OUR ORDER. she made my banana royale small with kiddy size scoops. i asked for a little more whip cream and she said NO! this is how we are trained to make it. any more will cost you! i should've asked if she was trained to make my order without gloves too! or if she was trained to stay on the phone when customers walk in! POOR POOR EXPERIENCE I'LL NEVER COME BACK!

Not only was the service extremely unfriendly the last time we visited BUT we came by a full 19 minutes before they closed and the sign was off and all the lights were off on a Wednesday. Lame!!!

This read the absolute WORST service I've ever had at any Baskin Robbins. 2 people working, only one actually waiting on customers and I'm pretty sure she was a trainee. The other I'm guessing the night manager was just meandering around behind the counter all while there was approximately 15 people waiting for service. I was the next person in line and waited about 15 minutes all to be told they were out of shutting I was asking for!!! In total I waited in line about 45 minutes. For what??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!
