Always have loved their coffee. They were nice and gave a free drink to use at a later date to my moms fiancé who served in the marines because they didn't offer military discount.

Drive through coffee station with very nice and attentive baristas. Fast and reasonably priced. The espresso tastes bitter, sweetener weak, extra sugar didn't even help the bad espresso. Not sure if bitter roast or the machine is just not dialed in but it sucked.

Ordered a cappuccino, got instant coffee with milk.
Basic mistake for a coffee shop. Would not recommend.
Please check your bagels before you drive off, I just got a moldy one:(

The sugar free mocha were really good at first. Then they got light on chocolate and they tasted weird. Now I have to pay extra for added chocolate. Otherwise, great coffee and super friendly baristas.

Amazing service every time we stop here (which is 4 days a week). All the staff are wonderful and I want to give a shout out to Carson. He has really stood out and been awesome part of the Bentleys team!

on September 30th 2025 at around 5:10 p.m., I went to Bentley's coffee in Albany to order two drinks for myself and my wife. I had a $17.30 gift card balance tied to my account and just a few days prior (on 9/27) I was assured by a staff member that once the card was scanned the balance would remain on the account for future use. when I went to pay the cashier told me my total was about $14 and change. I explained I wanted to use the gift card balance, but she said it wasn't showing up in their systems and "sometimes it has issues". I mentioned what I've been told the weekend before and that I was fairly sure I had thrown the card away. the only response I received was, "yea, really sorry about that." with no attempt to help or provide a solution. thankfully I happen to find the physical card tucked away in my car, so I wasn't completely out of luck. but I left feeling very disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. mistakes and system issues happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. I've been a consistent customer of this location for over 3 years and it's very disheartening , enough to make me consider not recommending this location after all this time if this is how the customer care is going to be. Hopefully it's just a one-off but I'll probably wait a while before going again.
This drink is honestly the best I’ve ever had—nothing else compares! On the days I don’t get it, I actually miss it. And the girls who work here are amazing—so kind and super friendly. Definitely my favorite spot!”
