We were swiftly informed that the restroom is closed for guest. Kid had an accident immediately after. Will not ever return. Felt gross knowing I tipped that lady generously moments before.

Please don't go here. Its become quite awful lately. The last 4 times I've been here in 2 weeks every time is so disappointing. My husband's strawberry milk shake was a ton of frozen berry and some milk. You couldn't even drink it..just thick tasteless strawberry ice.My latte last week was barely warm.My peanut butter dream milkshake was under parr. They have a dumb girl at to Jerk men working there now. What happened to the staff that was friendly and could make delicious drinks?Also paying customers are not allowed to use the bathroom. A coffee shop without a bathroom??? How is that ok???Responding to your responseYou clearly didn't read my response throughWhere did I say there was ice in my husband's milkshake? Seriously that's just cruel..you know coffee drinking requires a bathroom!

Best hours of any cafe in downtown Salem, used to be the only place I could stop on my walk to work. I love all the drinks that they have, though I wish the menu had a few more options. Nowadays I can rarely find an excuse to make a stop, especially without many food options. I'm never disappointed when I do though.

Yummy coffee and food but the space could use some help. Lots of unused space in the middle of the shop would be of better use with furniture and tables and chairs and cozy lighting. Its more like a coffee stop I wanted to like this place but it's too "cold"

I give it a zero again I've been going there for the 9th Time bad experience within a year if you're going to take the order make the drink if you're going to take the order and have somebody else make it then maybe you guys need to change your system because they get everything wrong every time and they get mad cuz they have to remake are. This location of Bentley's is my familys' favorite. Customer service is sweet, kind, caring, fun and cool!!! The people who take my kid's orders is welcoming. This morning the kids had fun!!!I have gone there with just getting off work and the cashier who took my order talk to me with human descents. I have gone to other location and other places and been talked down to. Not at this location...the people were nice.This is the best location and drinks!!!
This used to be my favorite Bentley's location. Their restroom was always open to paying customers and I myself am a loyal customer to this location and the one on Misson street. When I went in and bought drinks and asked to use their bathroom - which by the way was vacant and had no signage on it saying not available for use, I was told they were "employee only" now and this change was made 4 months ago. I've been to this location and used the restroom in the last 4 months so clearly I was lied to by this gentleman. I went specifically to buy drinks and use the restroom and when I told him that I needed to use it urgently and it was the only reason I came in, he just told me other places to go instead. VERY disappointed and will definitely not be going out of my way to go to Bentley's anymore. If you want your bathroom to be EMPLOYEE ONLY maybe put a sign on it. I was told "too many bad things are happening in there" what does this have to do with me? Everyone has to suffer because of a couple people.. if this change was made 4 months ago why is there no sign? I'm sure they get lots of people asking to use it, does everyone else get turned away too? I'm a transgender person and safe bathrooms are hard to come by and this was incredibly frustrating to be turned away, especially as a paying customer!!!

Yummy sugar free chai tea. They have priced themselves out of my budget so I must go months between visits now. Most staff are very friendly and engaging

This is a dog lovers coffee shop. Guinn (My wife), Griz (our German shepherd) and I try to make it for coffee and a pup cup a few times a month. The drinks are fantastic.

They cater to homeless people giving them free drinks but would not help us even though the homeless came in after us. They would not let paying customers use the restroom anymore.
