Food is about average for the Salem area but we were limited on the rolls that come out before your meal which is one of the big reasons why you would go to the Best Little Roadhouse over any other steakhouse in Salem.

Not impressed. After a very long day of hiking I wanted a really good steak. Google sent me here. The bread was pretty good. The salad was on point. The steak, ordered medium, was past well done. I was tired and tried not to care but it just wasn’t seasoned well enough to eat it well done. I had to send it back. A few minutes later a rare steak was served to replace it. Edible. The waitress agreed that the steak was way too well done but that was the closest thing to an apology. There was no visit from the manager, who should have served the replacement, or discount offered. The savings would have been passed on to the waitress because it was not her fault. I won’t be back.

Such a great experience! It was my families first time eating here and the food and service was great. Huge shout out to our server Wyatt. He made the experience amazing. He was very friendly, always checking in, and made us want to come back next time we are in Salem!

THE BEST STEAK IVE HAD EVER!!! Me and my wife went and got two different steaks and the Alfredo add on for the noodles and watermelon meatballs, they even have cinnamon butter rolls. The steaks you can get cut by size so bigger than the menu says which is awesome I had a 20oz prime rib which was juicy and the aju dip was super tasty too. The Alfredo was the best Alfredo we've ever had as well and I also recommend the meatballs it was a jump at first bit very delicious 😋 10/10 already went twice in a month

I’ve been there a few times in the past and it was ok, but now I’ve been there twice and going tomorrow as well, 3 different friends enjoy it and choose it when it’s their turns..I loved my salad this time much better than my hamburger last time.
Disappointed with the quality of the food. They said some of thier food came prepackaged and it tasted like something you might get out of the freezer section of the store. I'm sorry but the three people I was with said the same thing.

The food is overpriced. The side salad was just lettuce and some croutons. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they both came out medium well to well done. I think they just microwave the potatoes because the skin was so tough that I could barely cut it with the steak knife. At $40 a plate, I expect a little bit better, you know?
