I know it sounds mean but this place should be called Worse Teriyaki, not best. The 4 star for the service is because the food came out very fast but I'm almost convinced that it was because the food tasted and looked microwaved. They also kept the tail on the shrimp and the vegetables were very mushy. We had to add the sauce in ourselves which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if it weren't for the fact that there was no sauce on it or really any flavor to begin with.

My first time visiting the place, great customer service... but the taste of the food was honestly very bad. The taste was very unpleasant. I spent around $60 for three people and it's not worth it at all. The food tasted very bad.

If i could give zero stars i would. The waitress was nice. But my sister and I ordered a meal to share the cost was roughly 30 $ . After we orderd we found a table which was dirty. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. Overflowing with fecal matter. No toilet paper. Bathroom was filthy . The restaurant was filthy the windows and walls were filthy. We got our food served t9nthe table. Again waitress was lovely. But the food was undercooked. And over cooked. We ended up just not eating afraid we would get sick. We left food on the table and went on our way. I work in the food industry. This place is not acceptable. Not safe. The health department needs to go in and do what they do best.

We ordered chicken yakisoba, chicken rice bowl, chicken ramen and shrimp fried rice. Chicken tested old and dry and same chicken in all dishes. Too much sauce in yakisoba and didn’t feel like freshly made. Rice tested weird. I think they put beef broth in Chicken ramen. Very dissatisfied.

how hard is it to make beef and rice with no veggies? apparently way too hard for this staff, got my order wrong and put only veggies... okay not a big deal ill call and get it fixed, they take my order back and make 2 of the 3 the right way and the 3rd they put all the veggies under the meat so you couldn't see it.... good way to end up in court by people with food allergies

Excellent service, very nice and the lady who serves is very nice and very kind, she also speaks Spanish and served very well, I really liked her attention and service, always with a smile and very nice when speaking, I really liked it a lot. In some places they do not serve well and sometimes reluctantly. But she is very kind and a good person, even if you don't know the dishes she explains and helps you, so I highly recommend it, very good food, but excellent service from her.

The food and portions are really good. The employees were nice and the facilities were clean. It's a good place to stop for a somewhat quick bite.
I asked for a teriyaki chicken rice bowl for here they gave it to me to go. No apologies or ask can I make it right. Service has really gone down here. Definitely won't be back after today. Poor service.
