I was waiting in the shopping plaza for my wife and threw away some empty plastic cups in Thai BBQ trash. I then looped around and got some dirty soda. The man working at Thai BBQ stopped my car in the parking lot and berated me saying I was extremely rude for using his trash cans. He threw a tissy fit and made me pull the trash out of his can. I would have told him to pound sand but I unfortunately had a child with me and still had to wait in the parking lot and didn’t want to deal with this threatening man over some empty cups. Absolutely pathetic behavior how dare I throw trash away. 😂

Blue Thai BBQ is absolutely fantastic! I ordered the beef skewers and they were cooked perfectly—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The spicy tamarind sauce on the side was the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, making every bite extra delicious. The rice and fresh greens paired really well, making it a satisfying meal.
On top of the great food, the service was also excellent—friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
If you love beef or just want a flavorful Thai BBQ experience, I highly recommend the beef ribeye skewers here. I’ll definitely be coming back
I’m not a huge fan of food trucks, but Thai BBQ is worth it! The food is great, esp. the grilled pork! They are on vacation now and I’m having withdrawals!!!

I’ve been coming here since their old location; right next to my parents’ business at the time. My forever go-to is the Grilled pork with papaya salad… so good! The smokiness from the BBQ, the freshness of the ingredients, and the bold, balanced flavors keep us coming back. I’m also obsessed with the peanut curry and coconut shrimp.
And don’t even get me started on the tamarind dipping sauce—my husband and I could seriously drink it. 😂

This is a food truck I came upon today and decided to try it out. Small menu and I wish they had shrimp Thai noodles but they didn't or don't not sure. But I got my second favorite Chicken curry. Absolutely 💯 amazing. It was so good. I will be going back. The gentle at window was very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave it a 2 for environmental was because it is right on a very busy main street so very noise so took mine to go. The other problem is that the truck sits up so high that they have a wide step stool you have to stand on to get up to the window to order and pay. It could be very easy for someone to fall off of.
