This is a food truck I came upon today and decided to try it out. Small menu and I wish they had shrimp Thai noodles but they didn't or don't not sure. But I got my second favorite Chicken curry. Online ordering is very easy and when we picked it up, the food looked even better than in the photos. Our order was done right on time and was the most delicious Thai food I’ve had in Oregon or NY. I can’t remember having Thai food anywhere else, but it’s likely better than that too. The salad rolls and papaya salad were my favorite but the grilled pork was an important part of the meal.
