Driving through my town wanted to try a local roaster - no luck, they were closed at 10:45am on Friday. While Starbucks is soul searching as a business I am looking for alternatives, so stopped at Black Rock coffee. This is a drive through only, friendly staff, average coffee place.

Best coffee around. Coffee is freshly ground that morning. Fast service if you are on the run. Not sure what to get, dont worry the wonderful staff always have good recommendations. With the Black Rock app things got even easier. Order before you pull up, manage your points, and even pay with the app. Love the service, and love love the coffee.

I'm suprised no one responded to me after I report rude service directly to Black Rock. I get rotten coconut milk. Do not argue with me, just apologize when I bring it back. That was so messed up. Didn't want a free drink. Throwing up is not what I expected after paying $7.15 for a coffee.

Fantastic drive-thru coffee joint. I had an iced latte that was crafted perfectly. The girl working the drive thru was super friendly and we enjoyed a quick conversation as it was my first time there since I'm from the east coast. It would definitely be my go-to spot if I lived in the area.

Their new xl lids are more of a lid that just sits their. It does not lock into place. My dink ended up all over me and was not very happy about this. Now the people working where very nice and friendly coffee is amazing but the lids are what I'm not happy with. I hope they can get a different dome lid for the xl cups to fix this problem.

Unfortunately got bad service. Got Wrong muffin, ordered pecan apple got blueberry. My caramel latte was wrong got chocolate something and made me sick my husbands irish coffee was so watered down and not warm that it was cool almost cold like she forgot to heat the brew, it got dumped out.
