Unfortunately got bad service. Got Wrong muffin, ordered pecan apple got blueberry. My caramel latte was wrong got chocolate something and made me sick my husbands irish coffee was so watered down and not warm that it was cool almost cold like she forgot to heat the brew, it got dumped out.

The coffee here is always good! What I look forward to the most tho is the interaction with the baristas. Malyah is always so sweet and kind, she always remembers my order. I love how she is so personable, she is always smiling and so upbeat! Sometimes I even get a heart on my cup, those special interactions go a long way! Jaylyn is another person that is always super kind! She always gets my order right as well! She makes sure to ask how my day is and how I've been. I can tell this is more then just a job to them! They both make a point to make each interaction special, it's not just getting coffee. There's a couple other girls as well that are always super nice, but I'm not sure of their names. I know if I'm going to black rock it's going to be a good experience. I highly recommend!

Absolutely love the energy drinks and service here. I don't like coffee so I can't speak much for that aspect. They are very friendly and welcoming. This is my ABSOLUTE favorite place to get my energy drinks ❤️ If you are a student they offer a student discounts on Tuesdays just bring your ID. You're welcome ;)

Visited the Black Rock Coffee Bar chain, it was pretty good! Lots of selections and variety. Definitely better than a Starbucks. Had a drive thru with a double window, was quick and easy to get our drinks.
