We had a bit of a wait for a table and had to step outside while we waited. The servers were busting their tails and seemed understaffed, but they were friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly after we ordered and we all enjoyed our breakfast.

We've been going here since we moved to Salem in 2017 (use to be located beside Satiam brewing). Everything we have tried has been amazing. The Mango Habanero sauce is straight up addicting. Staff is always friendly and amazing.

My husband and I were looking for a great spot to have a breakfast date, we wound up choosing the Black Sheep Cafe and we WILL be coming back! The food was incredible, the staff was upbeat and very attentive, and the atmosphere here is relaxed, we loved everything about it & can't wait to make this a staple in our routine morning dates! (My husband got the ribs, I got the reuben & we shared a chicken taco salad... all were delicious!)

The food is good, but the service is hit or miss. The last waitress got upset with me because I told the other server that she might have forgotten to bring us an item and if he could do it. She made sure to yell across the rim she didn't forget, and she had to help some other people first in a rude manner.

Went for a late breakfast on a morning when most establishments were closed due to weather. Frozen roads and freezing rain kept most people home. The staff was friendly and in a great mood. The food was great but the staff seemed a little confused when serving our meal. Had wing take at first. Will definitely be back though!

Best restaurant in town, hands down. I've tried literally almost everywhere you can eat in Salem. Besides dive bars, and who in their right mind eats at one of those anyways?They are always consistent with the quality of their food and the service they provide. I've eaten here well over 50x, and it has always been so damn delicious.This isn't one of the those places you have to worry about telling your friend how good it is and you try getting them to go for weeks, and then your friend finally decides to go and they somehow get the backup chef and eat the worst meal of their life. No, not this place. You and whoever you recommend will never leave unhappy. It always has top grade mind blowing food.Also, they have the best burger in town and the best breakfast burrito. Believe me, I've tried all the rest, and there's no comparison.
