worst experience of my life the shrimp smelled dicomposed and rotten the chicken had a rare taste to it the waitress had no manners and was rude the food was brought out fast after we ordered it made me think they just reheat it would never ever go back to this restaurant again would not recommend it to anyone at all

I've been going to the blue willow for years. The food is always great. And yesterday's late lunch was exceptional because of our server. I didn't get his name. But, he was very attentive without being a bother. And he went the extra mile for us. Big KUDOS to the young gentleman server. Thank you!

deep fried stuff over done ! all most burnt ! egg roll, so much hard over done crust can't even eat ! sesame chicken too crispy, hard ! i use to love this place but I'm not happy at all ! $80 bucks and crap ! maybe new owners or cooks but not happy at all

I’ve been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Salem since I moved here 2 years ago! By far the best! We got one of the family combos & some apps & the flavors were delicious even the rice stood out as very flavorful! The fried shrimp was just ok but everything else was great! Only off part was the wait time for a not busy restaurant but the food makes up for it!
