I have been coming here for years and the McKay Special is always my go-to. It comes with battered fried chicken bites with orange sauce (I get it on the side), rice, and 3 Rangoons. This is great food and value compared to Panda as the orange chicken is now just batter than chicken and sauce is pre packed.
I've been going to the blue willow for years. The food is always great. And yesterday's late lunch was exceptional because of our server. I didn't get his name. But, he was very attentive without being a bother. And he went the extra mile for us. Big KUDOS to the young gentleman server. Thank you!
I’ve been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Salem since I moved here 2 years ago! By far the best! We got one of the family combos & some apps & the flavors were delicious even the rice stood out as very flavorful! The fried shrimp was just ok but everything else was great! Only off part was the wait time for a not busy restaurant but the food makes up for it!
