Bo & Vine Burger South Salem

Love it. Places has my heart. Yoo food is very plentiful very much so. Umm flavor on the food have to be real. It looks so good with no flavor. IDK if it was just me but I needed some seasoning. Other then that I'll go back. With my own salt lol

Was my first time there, Saturday November 1st 2025,the person who took our order was very friendly and helpful in ordering. We received or order and sat down, took a bite of my fries and they were luke warm, my burger was pink on the middle. Noticed the staff was more onto looking at their phones, no one came to ask how everything was. I have heard great things about this place. Hopefully will give it another chance.

I don’t think I will be coming back. It was my birthday and I had raved about your restaurant to my family so we decided to come in for my birthday. The music was awful and LOUD. We asked twice if the music volume could be turned down since we were the only ones in there for the most part. We were brushed off. The music volume stayed loud. We could barely hear each other speak at our own table. We left earlier than wanted because it was so unenjoyable. The tater tots also weren’t good. They were mushy hash brown fritters.

Disappointed. I’m 72 years old it was my adult daughter’s birthday and my first visit to South Salems Bo & Vine. The food was good. The floors were slippery for my sister who walks with a cane. The worst part was the loud rap music booming directly over our heads. We couldn’t hear each other talk. We got up from our meal twice and politely asked young staff if the volume could be lowered. I didn’t hear much of an improvement. So we be boxed our food and left earlier than I wanted to. My conclusion from the loud urban rap music and the slippery floors is that I must not be your target demographic or your focus is on Door Dash orders. I always hope a new South Salem food vendor that’s not corporate will bring new choices but.

Incredible burgers! Love the create your own burger option. We are dairy free and love that I can choose tons of replacements for cheese. Keep up the great work guys.

The burgers are really tasty! Smash style so they’re a little wider and flatter, which means more surface area to get a nice sear. These are lot better than Five Guys or Nancy’s let alone bigger fast food chains - plus there are many more variations of toppings and sauces. The fries were done just right too. You order at the counter and they call your name to pick it up, but then you can also reorder additional stuff via a QR code at your table. On the downside the interior is kind of spartan and the canned music is a little too loud.

Food is great, was looking for a $5 smash burger but didn't see a cheap option on the menu.

Years and years ago, as a teen, I ate lunch at the local Dairy Bar in Gladwin, Michigan ....and I've been searching for THE burger ever since. They had the freshest burgers anywhere......and 59 years later I found the perfect hamburger again...fresh, cooked to perfection, juicy and just the best taste ever!! AND...I got to have one of their specialty burgers with fries( which happen to be the tastiest I've ever had). And this was at Bo & Vine in SE Salem. I'm telling you...you have GOT to try it...I promise you'll go back again and again!!!!

Nice place to eat just off commercial street.
It Bo & Vine so you would guess they have beef ( bovine ?) their chicken sandwich was good, with plenty of toppings. Who doesn’t love homemade fries, the sweet potato fries were nice as well ( we had the combo fri plate).
They have a bunch of sauces to choose from for dipping your fries. I shared a beer with my wife, but they do have quality soda (Jones) from a self service fountain.
Will probably be back if I’m in Salem. I live on the coast so I’m not always in the area.
