2 man team at the mall one handling food and money without washing hands got order wrong tried to put my lettuce and tomatoes in a cup on the side because they forgot to put it on the burgers and then didnt even give it to me in a bag just handed them to me

Love this place! Used to go to Bob's Burgers all the time growing up. So glad they are back. Their sauce on their burgers is soooo good!

Past 3 or so times I've gone they have gotten my order wrong. Just two double cheeseburgers, both with bacon. They forget the second patty, or the bacon.
$2.39 cheeseburger was good in a pinch, but wouldn't consider it a meal.

Tried to eat here later on a Sunday. About 20 min before closing and the staff had no interest in taking my order after standing at the counter for 5 minutes watching them work in the back without acknowledgement. I just went to Marcos place they were very nice and happy to serve me bomb food.

News flash to Bob's manager: have more than 1 person working at lunch time. Also, make sure they are competent. I waited in line only to have the girl behind the counter go back to cook the previous customer's order right when I got to the counter to order. I waited a bit, rang the useless counter bell, got the with-U-in-a-minute finger wave, waited some more, and gave up. Too bad, because I was really craving a Bob's burger. P.S. As I wrote this review, I enjoyed my Taco Bell crunchy tacos.

Food is fine but my credit card was charged 3 times , for 3 different amounts. I tried to call and the numbers have been disconnected.
