Bob's Burger Express

Really need to start staffing more than just one person. Especially on weekends. Several times we waited forever because there was only one girl for the front and back to cook.. not safe either.

Good, but I miss the original Bob's prices.

Really expensive for what tastes like an ampm gas station burger.

I don't know what is the big old hype over this I know it was a local fast food chain but now it's overpriced burger joint

Burgers are bland and dripping with to much sauce and old wilted lettuce. Very messy and unappealing.

Over priced, slow service. Burgers are super thin, and the fries are like generic frozen fries from the grocery store. I wasn't expecting much, but I don't understand how they stay open....

That old school burger is back, and just as delicious as every. But not on Saturday and Sunday though, for some reason they are closed on the weekends. They also serve a lot of fair food, so maybe that's where they are on the weekends.

On Saturday we went to bobs burgers at salem center mall. Our total came to $6.88. However they not only charged the $6.88 they also charged $5.00 & $12.00 on top of that. When we called the girl that answered all but called me a lier. When i asked to speak to the manager she said no manager was avalible.

The girls that worked today were terrible. I was on my lunch and they were giving out orders before mine that were taken afterwards. They gave us the wrong food and when I wanted them to correct it they just stood there like dummies and did nothing. We had to ask them for the bbq sauce more than 3 times and they gave us a small packet. I was like just give me a refund and she said she would have to refunds the entire order and then charge me to get up the corrected one. All I could really do is walk away. I have ate here a lot but unfortunately I will never go back after this horrible experience.

Been going to Bobs since I was 8 yrs old and it was called Bob's 19cent hamburgers. Love it love it!

Cashier went from touching the money to touching the patties and buns barehanded, we watched as she kept soing this back and forth. Then proceeded to wipe hands on her uniform. She also had a long line, so either she didnt have help and was rushing it or she is dirty. Either way that is disgusting, wish i could post the vid i took of it on here.

service depends on who u get... could be 5 stars . could be 1! but the food is great... I love the carnival hour inside. so cute.

Don't bother... Not the Bobs you remember. Under new ownership, same cheap food... New overpriced menu (least at Salem Center location). Save your money and go to Subway or pony up more for Charleys if you insist on eating in the food court.

Pretty sure I could have gotten this cheeseburger from McD's for only $1 each. I ordered Bob's Burgers for the first time and I'm disappointed the fries are limp and the burger is fairly tasteless. I won't be going back. It's just too much money for what you get.
