The guy who took her order was extremely rude and short didn't even get our order right was rude when he served us. My order was wrong the food was overpriced and completely Bland. The only thing that was decent was the Milkshakes that didn't even fill the cup. I do not recommend eating here

This is a quite mediocre place to get a quite mediocre burger.

Ordered UberEats, Giant Burger with bacon and cheese, ordered a Dr. Pepper which I did not receive. The burger I ordered WITHOUT GRILLED ONIONS and it still had onions on it, the bread was wet and the bacon limp, tomato super thick and had the white part right by the stem, no salt or anything on the fries, this is the worst burger I have ever had. Will not order from here again. Should have just gone to Wendy's.
Exciting new hours say they are open until 10pm. So I show up at 9:40 after a long day. I sit at the drive thru for a few minutes with no service. Then a young man, maybe 16, comes to the window to say they close the drive thru at 9:45.
If you're not going to serve food until 10pm then you're not open until 10pm. I hope this was just a lazy kid employee and not reflective of their actual practices.
We wanted something to eat that would be quick but not fast food and so we thought we would try this restaurant out and we really liked our burgers!
I ask her to make burger well done I must have told her four or five times she never repeated it to me one time when I got the food home it was like I thought it was going to be cuz she never really noticed what I asked for pink really just a tiny tiny bit but I wanted mine well done like I asked if you don't know like 30 years over 30 years and this has never happened there used to be a different cook their I don't know what happened there but she said if I brought it back and she look at it and maybe be able to give me my money back I just wanted it replaced and I had a ride for an hour or so and then I don't have a car so I wasn't able to go back and I still have the food in the refrigerator not a good experience it's the only place that will ever eat hamburgers because the meat is so good there something's very different I believe it's still the same owners my father-in-law is friends with the owners and for some reason they never let you talk to the owners kind of wondering if it is the same owners or not, doesn't seem like it is
This place rocked! The menu is awesome and they have such a neat selection of classic burger restaurant foods, I'm obsessed. I wish I lived closer!!!

I got two burgers and curly fries and it was almost $30. The burgers were pretty good but the fries were stuck together full of grease so we threw them away. Should've went to Red Robin.
Went in several times got wrong orders. Male employee was rude and wouldn’t give his name. Would not give owner‘s phone number when I asked for it. Messaged their FB page about rude, dirty, employee on Facebook and got an instant reply saying that he was fired, so must be the employee himself answering fb messages. Used to be such a nice place where a lot of people from car shows would go wouldn’t recommend it now!
Great food
Well, I had a hard time deciding between rating a 3 or 4.
Positives: A slightly thin but really juicy burger, it's never dry (aka full of grease, but idc it's good lol) and pretty decent tots, too!
Negatives: Their prices are way too high for what you get. The place is a little dingy and just feels unclean. To add to the uncleanliness, please, for everyone's sake, don't use the mustard bottles at the table (🤢).

Our order was made wrong. I called to let the store know that my partner was heading back down there to have the order remade.

Forget bacon on mine and didn’t remove the sauce and also forgot our frys
Upon calling the store I was greeted with a EXTREMELY rude employee who told me “I had nothing to do with it and I don’t know what you want me to do” to which she hung up on me.
I called back asking to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager or shift lead on duty and I told her her customer service was poor and I’d be putting in a complaint on her.
When my boyfriend arrived at the store he called me and said they were remaking the food at that point I said just get your refund I won’t be eating anything from there with the attitude she had. They ended up refunding the order and remaking it to which the burgers were still made the SAME way! Lol
Oh btw her name was crystal. So I hope the owner or manager has a talk with her on how to properly address customers when they are calling about a mistake the RESTAURANT made
