We must have gone to eat inside on a day that more than 1 employee called out of work. After we got our food, there was literally no other service available. I was either ignored or wasn't heard when I returned to counter, I waited, called out, and paced. Couldn't get salt and pepper or ketchup ( I know, FWP). I think Manager was cooking and someone on drive thru, but still.

I want to give a huge thanks to Priscilla for making it right! I put in a doordash order and on the order, I specifically stated no lettuce. I unchecked the lettuce. However, it then stated no special requests. I happen to have a bad allergy to lettuce. Priscilla handled it! Tell her managers she needs a raise for dealing with my onry ass!

Friday night closing staff has horrible customer service and work ethic. Completely unprofessional. Also denied making my kids shakes over an hour prior to closing, saying it takes them over an hour to clean the machine before closing.

Line was long forever,constant loud tapping through the intercom while waiting to talk to someone and I'm hoping someone new was training that didn't know what they were doing yet and I got no bacon on my cheeseburger as ordered. Fries were fresh and the lady wasn't too rude just sorta overwhelmed it sounded like.

Unfortunately, due to whatever reasons, this specific location constantly under performs. The wait is always super long, my last receipt showed 12 mins wait time after order was placed. The food, if not beef, is either way over cooked or under cooked. My fault for returning.

Waiting an insane amount of time in the drive through. Staff is rude. Everyone was leaving because it was taking so long. Stuck in the middle and couldn’t leave. Late for work because of it. Hire more people or something!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s called FAST food
