Went here this afternoon(230pm). Lobby is FILTHY! Floors were super sticky. Trash on the ground and tables. Took them awhile to knowledge us. Once they took our order food came out in a decent time but our fries were cold only because they were sitting in the window for a good 10 minutes. My chicken sandwich looks like it was super old and it was cold. We were supposed to get the half fries half onion rings and we didn’t get that. We went back and told them they gave us what we wanted but refused to give us fresh fries. The high chairs were gross and covered in filth. This place needs better management or at least better/more workers. I should’ve just waited at Wendy’s… at least their food would’ve been more fresh.. never coming back to this BK location again.

Went through the drive-thru on my lunch break for a quick meal. Despite the line, they were very quick and friendly to get out orders while keeping it fresh. Very much appreciated 🙋‍♂️

Saw several advertisements for a new fried pickle ranch whopper. Went in to 2 different burger kings and they were both out of the fried pickle ranch whopper. They have it advertised everywhere and signs at both stores advertise it. They said they don't know when they will get the stuff to make it. How can you be out of a menu item you are promoting everywhere? Horrible experience. Will not go back.

Those poor employees are literally being cooked alive. It is so hot inside at this location because they cannot get the AC to work. Due to the excessive heat indoors it is miserable to eat inside. The employees are sweating so bad that I have seen a few drops land on a few bags of food. They are using their hands to wipe the sweat off their forehead. Apparently the HVAC guy is out on vacation so they say and has e been saying that for months. That goes to show the public on what the owner thinks about his customers, employees and his own location. Maybe they are the ones out on vacation.
