The front door keeps locking up. When I asked one of the employees at the drive-through, they told me that it keeps doing that by itself.

I had a terrible experience there at this burger king tonight. I had 3 kids with me my 2 year old which was in a stroller and 2 of my friends with me . The dinging room was open when we were walking up to the doors this was about 915 pm we were about to walk in to order food and then leave with our food cuz we had walked quite a long ways and right as we were about to enter the store one of the employees looked us dead in the eyes and locked the door on us so we couldn't come in. I had 3 very hungry kids with me and we came a long ways and we were turned away and locked our and they refused to let us order food. I will never eat here again. Really burger king ?

Well I wanted extra pickles and they said they put them on the hamburger, ok but I would like extra. Well we don't have anything to put them in. Ok can't put them in a cup? Ill pay for the cup. Then comes back and says manager wants me to charge 50cents. Ok that's fine I like extra pickles, isn't this Burger King have it your way, I'll pay. So I did. Then I get home and open the hamburger and there are NO PICKLES AT ALL. So basically paid for 10 pickles that were suppose to already be on the hamburger. Just stoop!

Two burgers ordered on phone app. On order screen it was the only one from the mobile app. The first lady that approached me asked to help. Explained my order and gave my name on the order that showed on the screen. She nodded and went back to the kitchen. Nothing for 5-7 minutes. Listening to her in the kitchen I gathered that she did not speak or understand English. After 5-7 minutes a gentleman came from the drive though and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I wasn't sure and explained the order and what had occurred with the young lady. I got my burgers less than a minute after that interaction.
