The guy behind the counter deliberately kept us from using the bathroom even though we ate in restaurant. We were there around 4pm on 4/1/24. he was very large and clearly hates his job. The soda machine also was not putting enough syrup in the drinks and he said there was nothing he could do about our disgusting drinks.

Ordered one large fry, it it was halfway to 3/4 full. Then I asked for a ranch dressing for the fries and they charge 25 cents a piece. Ask for a couple Ranch dressings and he asked for 25 cents and they only gave me one, then I let him know I asked for two and he says I'll be another 25 cent. Go to McDonald's they don't charge for Ranch. Plus the fries was not hot.

Never has all my food in the bag if I order online, stuff will be cold and 85% nothings right. I never complain but I've had enough of the mess ups and taking our money but not giving us all our food and giving us the wrong stuff. I will not be going back to the Lancaster Burger King. I've worked in fast food I understand there's issues but enough enough. Night crew always has a bad attitude and trys not helping anyone in drive-thru.

I asked for 2 sauces. I only seen 1 so I asked for the other. The fat jerk at the window (since nobody wears name tags anymore) says he gave it to me. I hand him my bag and he rifles through all my fries and burgers til he finds the sauce…. He the cashier - no gloves- no washing between handling money… I offered to buy the .25 sauce I didn’t need such an episode but now I just won’t be coming back to your location. He was very rude and all for a small amount of money that we have gladly paid for.

Corporate needs to give this place a good clean up. They get orders wrong constantly and when you call to talk to them about the order, they either sound like you just insulted their dead grandmother or like they have no soul and zero emotion. They forgot half of my 7 yo's kids meal and made the bacon cheeseburger wrong with way too much mayo. Busy or not, poor food quality is not okay.
My bacon burgers keep coming with no bacon. 5 times recently. Its getting hard to believe that is simply honest mistakes.

I walked into order a value meal, I was not helped. They are too busy with drive thru so when I asked for the restroom code, which really, I don’t think I should have to. I got screamed at by the manager. Unbelievable poor service. This manager needs to be replaced.

very good experience even though all the workers were young, they did their job

Staff was friendly and very helpful in finding my drink. Have had them just say we don't have it. But the staff today found it and it is perfect!
