I guess the customer is wrong today where I’m from they put ketchup and mayonnaise on the bacon cheeseburgers and I asked for that and she told me it’s ketchup and mustard only and refused to fix my order and put ketchup and mayonnaise on them and she was also very argumentative. I would just drive down the street and go to the other Burger King at this point bad customer service refused to replace and fix a cheeseburger order that cost them probably a quarter to make

I was really tired after a night shift so I was glad I order on the app food ready for pick up. Loved the croissant sandwich I got love the tater rounds. This morning was breakfast. I do love that I can order a hamburger and onion rings at the breakfast time. For those days I work mornings and don't want breakfast foods.

This was most ten years ago but it gave my entire family food poisoning we where sick for a few days. It is apparently it is or at least at the time was the worst if not one of the worst rated ones in Oregon. 0/5 stars I will never eat their again.

My husband went in and got the family meal deal for $20, it's a great deal. But when I bit into my sandwich for the 2nd time I bit into plastic. That's just gross and negligence. I won't be back

Since door dash doesn't allow you to give feedback once you contact customer service with an issue, I'll put it here.
Please close this garbage location!!!!!!! Made an order for two meals and was charged almost $40.00 for delivery. They overcharge the most I've seen on the door dash app (we know door dash marks up the items plus delivery plus tip). Let the driver leave with one bag one drink.... clue #1 to staff and driver that order is missing items. An entire kids meal I was charged $10+ for was missing. Delivery arrives, kiddo sad. Then I check mine, only a small fry half filled for my large meal. Over charged and left over half the meal off the delivery!
Store has blocked redelivery option, clue #2 that this happens alot and they don't want to fix their mistakes. Door dash credited me and will be investigating the store since they said this place has become a problem.
People who work here don't care obviously, shady practices through door dash says alot, and high mark ups says ur business is in trouble. Just close and stop wasting people's time and money. This is how businesses close in a bad economy. Won't be back so im good but others BEWARE!!!!

When asking for pickles on the bacon King I was rudely interrupted mid-sentence to say no only sauce. I've had pickles put on the bacon King a dozen times at that specific location. The employee was incredibly rude for no reason and when I tried to ask why just immediately cut me off to ask if there was anything else so I left. What a joke.
I then drove to the next closest Burger King and absolutely no problem. Just put the pickles right on the sandwich. That employee it's just misinformed or wanted to be rude for no reason.

I got my favorite wopper of all time. The Texas double wopper. It was freshly made, and the fries were just out of the fryer.
