Always a great visit here. Staff are friendly and quick and the food is incredible. Always can taste the freshness. Even with special orders they nail it every time. I recommend this location over all other Salem BK’s. You guys are killing it!

My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite before grocery shopping and the man that took our order, I believe his name is Asael? ( I hope I got the spelling somewhat correct) But he was absolutely amazing! His customer service was spectacular! His energy is uplifting and his positive energy is contagious! The food was great as well! We will be back everytime before our grocery store trip!!

Placed my order on the mobile app before breakfast hours ended, by the time I arrived it was past, so I was refused my order, quite rudely. When I said it was OK but I would need a refund the manager just said "I don't know. Use the app." And walked away. So rude. I will not be going back.

Food has been barely warm the last few times I have gone, and the bread has been soggy with a musty taste. The prices go up, but the quality goes down. I miss the "old" burger kings!

Your sign and everything online says you're open at 6. The lady throwing her hands up and eyeballing me at 6:15 is why you guys are closing across the country. Disrespectful and crappy communication you deserve what you get. The manager didn't even care terrible burger king.

I made it to the drive through about 10 minutes before closing. When I gave my order, the woman operating the drivethrough told me they only had 1 whopper left, and would not make the bacon cheeseburger combo that I had asked for.
This crew seriously needs retraining on customer service and shouldn't turn customers away.
