When asking for pickles on the bacon King I was rudely interrupted mid-sentence to say no only sauce. I've had pickles put on the bacon King a dozen times at that specific location. The employee was incredibly rude for no reason and when I tried to ask why just immediately cut me off to ask if there was anything else so I left. What a joke. I then drove to the next closest Burger King and absolutely no problem. Just put the pickles right on the sandwich. That employee it's just misinformed or wanted to be rude for no reason.

The 1280 Lancaster Dr in Salem location is terrible. EVERY time I go through the drive-thru, my order is wrong. I clearly state to add bacon & cheese to the chicken sandwich. They repeat it back to me, charge me for it, and then I NEVER get bacon & cheese added. Of course, I've already driven away or had it delivered so they can't fix. Don't bother calling because they don't answer the phone. I love their chicken sandwiches, but after getting screwed on multiple occasions over the last 2 months, I'm done with BK.

Was pleased with this location. I was the only one in the drive thru so I got through super fast. Burger and fries were hot and vegetables were fresh. Nothing tasted bad or gross. I was not offered any sauces though and I was pretty disappointed in the size of the large fry. Compared to large fries from other places (McDonalds, Carls Jr, Wendys...) theirs was much smaller. I paid $14.08 for a whopper large combo and don't feel like the amount of fries was worth that, aside from the already outrageous prices due to inflation.
Always a great visit here. Staff are friendly and quick and the food is incredible. Always can taste the freshness. Even with special orders they nail it every time. I recommend this location over all other Salem BK’s. You guys are killing it!

My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite before grocery shopping and the man that took our order, I believe his name is Asael? ( I hope I got the spelling somewhat correct) But he was absolutely amazing! His customer service was spectacular! His energy is uplifting and his positive energy is contagious! The food was great as well! We will be back everytime before our grocery store trip!!
