Drive thru staff was great and friendly. Prompt on getting our order taken and drinks out. Took longer for the food and was disappointed when the bag was handed to us. The fries were almost cold. I am pretty sure they might of been closing but didn't see the hours. I figured with how long we waiting everything would of been warm or hot. Not so much

It's conveniently on my way home, I often stop for a chocolate milk shake. In the summer months I get two cuz they're small. Then I am reminded that the cost just a dime short of $5 each. $10 bucks for milkshakes seems a bit much .

I was allowed to use the restroom before ordering. Not like SBUX!! And these ladies cooked it up even though it was several minutes past breakfast time. These women are AWESOME!
For fast food burgers, they were on point. With me having allergies to some food products. Making substitutions or special order burgers Normally it's made wrong. This establishment got every single bit correct. I will be using this location more often. I used to drive thru so not many interactions with customer service or the atmosphere

I love Burger King. I don't always get it, but they always have the same taste and flavor since I was a kid. I feel like they've always kept the same recipe. No matter what I order, even if it's new, I've honesty have never had any problems with my order or with their customer service. Great place and good prices still especially with the app

Only 2 teenage kids in the lobby. I waited a long time to order and get noticed. Even when I was noticed it still took several minutes for a cashier to take my order. All the attention was on the drive thru. Nice decor inside for a burger King. Clean. Food was ok but pricey for fast food and the service was slow. At least they apologized for being slow with their service and they knew the service was slow. But they didn't look very busy. At least not inside.

Foods are better than most burger kings in Salem, but the service was horrible. Seemingly, you would get good service through the drive-through. But for dine in, you end up sitting there and getting ignored for 4-8 min EVERY TIME. You'd get faster service from an embalming place
Wheelchair accessibility: Because aperintly if you're in a wheelchair you want to roll a marathon just to get to burger King. You have to park at one side of the restaurant, go up a steep ramp, and then roll to the middle of the restaurant past normal parking spots.
