Lobby locked today. Paid with the app and they refused to give me my food. I had to argue with the employee in the drivethrough. Why is there a chain on your door guys? Put up a sign. About as unprofessional as it gets.

The hamburger patties are literally half the size they used to be. The whopper jr patty is the size of a chips ahoy cookie and not as thick. The whopper patty is not even half the thickness it used to be. Not worth the money anymore.

Took forever in the drive through. Only one car in front of us. Only one small bag handed out the window. Our two burger order with onion rings Took another 8 minutes. No sorry or thank you when we finally got it. Now at least 4 cars behind us.

Very difficult to communicate your order via the drive-thru if the only language you speak is English. The food was cold and the soft drinks mixture was off and it tasted like all syrup. The general outside look of the building is falling apart and filth around the building and the drive-thru asphalt is poor. Terrible service not great food tried to communicate this with corporate and no response. Will not be back.
