Their burgers are awesome at this location. A little cramped with the design of this store so we always get it to go. Drive through moved quickly every time we visited but do check your bag and make sure you got everything you ordered as we had to come back a couple times as our ordered sides like fries were missing a couple of times. But I understand, they are busy and try to move the orders quickly. Can get a little pricey but other then that, great food.

Just Make IT Work Computers
Service was so-so compared to every other burgerville location I have been to. We didn't order anything fancy but it took over 5 minutes but less than 10 for them to bring us our food. Never had this with any other location and it was kind of annoying. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have gone somewhere else.

So Glad that burgerville came back to Salem Oregon! It is quite spendy on dinner for two consisted of a number six meal four piece fish and chips and one milkshake and it was $41. But I have to say the food was worth it It was absolutely delicious.

Burgerville is one of my favorite places to eat but this Burgerville is pathetic. The burger was dry the food was cold I asked for a pumpkin milkshake and got a hazelnut milkshake. But the hazelnut milkshake was good it was just not what I asked for. I should have drove down to Nancy's Burgers just down the street they are always awesome burgers
The other day I bought Burgerville and wasn’t too pleased with my order so I called and spoke to a manager about my order which was the chicken and chips. While on the phone I was asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, at first I said refund but today my son wanted the chicken and chips again but this time instead of going through the drive through, I went inside an explained the situation. Even though I had forgot to bring the receipt, the managers Denise R. and the manager I spoke with the other day was inside and accommodated me and gave a 110% with the food quality….thank you all and job well done with customer service!!!
