I have had two dinners and a breakfast this weekend at the Capital City Grill. I would highly recommend it if you live or are visiting Salem, Oregon. Delicious food very good service.
I ordered a drink, a ribeye, a side salad, and cream brulee. My steak was good, the brocolii undercooked (and I don't mean al dente), the dressing was watery, and my creme brulee was burnt not carmelized. My drink came without the customary sugar-rimmed glass and when I told the bartender, he didn't fix it even though it would have been easy for him to do so without making another drink. Stayed and ate breakfast the next morning. Had a fabulous experience! Waiter was amazing (Hector), always eager to help and the refills on coffee were always there. Food was also great! 100% better than any breakfast house around. Would definitely stop by just to eat.
