I ordered online 10min before arriving. The place barely has anyone in it and no one comes to the counter to help. I told them I ordered online and my name and waited another 10min. They had my food sitting there the entire time wasting my entire lunch break

Horrible Services, I have never experienced this level of Horribleness from a restaurant EVER. I placed a order on the Carl's Jr app. I never received my food and when calling and talking the general manager she said it was not her Problem it was Door dash even though I ordered from the Carl's Jr app directly. I asked for a refund and did not get it she said its not her problem but she would give me my food. I had to drive all the way across town got my food and it wasn't even the correct order. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Went through the drive thru to get coffee and a breakfast burrito. The coffee was good and service was nice. The burrito tasted off after the first bite so I tossed it.
Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and got a nugget one instead, went back to get it fixed and i would just like to say THANK YOU to whoever kind soul it was that replaced the kids meal and stuck two cookies and a medium fry in there tonight, thank you so much. That was very kind and made our night.
