Ordered 5 pc tenders through uber eats. Only got 3 big ones and 2 small nugget shaped pieces with barely any chicken. I also didnt get any napkins. Terrible experience considering i just paid $20

Keith and Casey where great, very kind and took time to actually be helpful, I dont like fast food at all, but occasionally we will stop, alot of times the staff are rude and short, and get irritated if you dont instantly know what you want, these guys were great, answered all of my questions, and were very patient and polite, GREAT JOB GUYS!

I’ve eaten at several Carl’s Jr. locations, but this one is definitely my favorite. The food always tastes better here, and the service is excellent every single time. The staff always greets you with a smile, and that friendly attitude really makes a difference. Everything just feels and tastes better at this location. Highly recommended!

Key is great! This person took my order in the drive thru and he was very present, and easy going. Made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted, and I didn't feel like it was a burden on them for ordering. A lot of fast food places would be MUCH better off if their employees were HALF as pleasant as Key was towards the customers. 10/10 Thanks Key!

Got food poisoning after visiting on May 13. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich and realized it wasn’t fully cooked. Shortly after, I started feeling sick. My boyfriend and I had only eaten that meal all day, and we both got sick right after. It may have also been due to bad oil. Very disappointing and concerning.
