Excellent, fast service! We were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff upon entering, setting the tone for a positive experience. The food was ready quickly, and is delicious! I'm impressed with the excellent customer service and the training given to staff. We'll done!

Got food poisoning after visiting on May 13. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich and realized it wasn’t fully cooked. Shortly after, I started feeling sick. My boyfriend and I had only eaten that meal all day, and we both got sick right after. It may have also been due to bad oil. Very disappointing and concerning.

About a week ago, I went in and ordered the two fish sandwiches. when I got to the window, they said they only had mayonnaise. Is that OK? I said no I went in again today. Got home and my sandwich has mayonnaise. When I called the manager. They basically said I was a liar that they always have tartar sauce. aria is her name. She is a manager.

They have 0 customer service skills. I am a fast food GM and I would NEVER treat my customers this way. I know rules and to be a manager and put your hand in my face to shut up is the worst!!

Burger just ok, nothing like pictured. Onion rings were hard. Not very impressive for the price you pay.

Went through drive through. Ordered jalpeno double combo. Upgraded to onion rings. They charged me for the el Diablo $15 and some change. When they asked what I ordered after paying they wanted to give me a refund. I said its fine I'll just take the el Diablo they charged me for. They didn't want to give me that cause they already made the double. Didn't Want to sit and argue so I just Saud fine. Didn't refund back to my card. Just gave me $9 and some change in cash. And was told they would then charge my card for the correct order. Confused I asked for our Receipts but then they said they couldn't give us our receipts cause they needed it for their system. Still confused on why they can print out copies or give us them with our order?? They told us the card would not be charged again. Frustrated we just took the food and left. Bit into the burger. And they gave me Angus steak meat. Not good. Also the sauce on the burger tasted off and fishy. Basically unedible. Tried give the benefit of the doubt that maybe I'm insain and the burger is fine but then the sauce spilled into my mouth with a foul fishy taste. Over all pretty disappointed an confused. Seems like a trash place to work because even the manager couldn't help.
