There burgers are amazing, but I got the chicken stars and it had a white substance on the outside of them. Undercooked? Idek. But you shouldn't put food out looking a mess

I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr.! The customer service was top-notch—friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and there was no wait at all. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. One of the employees even checked in to see if we needed anything, and when we asked for more creamer and sugar for our coffee, she brought it back promptly with a warm smile. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Definitely coming back!
