I have driven there 3 times down center St and unable to find the reesturant is it inside the mall? For the most part the mall is closed. You need to put some kind of sign outside or a picture of what door to go to on your website. Ken Christian

They have always had the most amazing sandwiches. In the last month my co workers and I have been in twice and the sandwiches have gone downhill. Like, the meat was thrown right off a cliff and a teaspoon size meat is put in the sandwiches. Is you think subway meat servings are bad, cut them by 75% and that’s what Charley’s is doing now. My co worker went up and talked to them and they say, well nextime pay for mega meat. When you order what is on the picture on the board, you expect it to look something like it, not just bread.

For mall food this place is amazing. The service is quick if you're not in the lunch rush. The team works hard tk deliver good food. Great combo of one off sandwiches, and the OG is really pretty good.

Asked for no tomato’s on one sandwich. Got tomatoes on both. Asked for jalapeños on one sandwich, jalapeños were clearly canned and over cooked which did not add to the sandwich. Meat tasted more bland than normal. Overall not a great experience. Service has definitely gone downhill. Had Charley’s on every military base I was stationed at, first time in 10 years I’ve had to complain about it.

My friend wanted to buy lunch for another friend and I and we ended up at Charly's Cheese steaks. I ordered a medium size Philly cheese steak (to be polite, even though I wanted a bigger one) . I thought it was great . My only regret is that I didn't go for the larger one .

The messed up my order when I prefer 1 chicken Philly and 3 Philly cheesesteaks, and they gave me all chicken. They still wanted us to pay $3 extra for 3 of them to be Philly cheesesteaks, even tho we already spent $72. They didn’t even apologize or nothing.

Charley's is Always delicious, it's exactly what you expect with the food. One of my favorite Philly cheese steak places!
It's been years since I've had a sandwich at Charley's and they still have great food and have never failed me yet. I d eat there alot more but it's kind of out of the waÿ for me.

I ordered a large combo of the chicken teriyaki and I got a regular size drink when I asked for a large and there was a hair on my food it was so gross

The obviously frozen fries were not fully cooked or even warm. The "cheese sauce" was tasteless & cold (good thing I paid extra for that). The "cheese steak" sandwich had no cheese & was also cold. Very disapointing! Also, not the fault of the store but the dasher sucked as well...
