The obviously frozen fries were not fully cooked or even warm. The "cheese sauce" was tasteless & cold (good thing I paid extra for that). The "cheese steak" sandwich had no cheese & was also cold. Very disapointing! Also, not the fault of the store but the dasher sucked as well...

After I ordered from Door Dash, I continued to review Charley's CHEESESTEAK's. 5 years ago, one of the reviews said "remember, it's mall food". Others sense then seemed good, so I didnt worry about it too much. I ordered the Original PHILLY CHEESESTEAK with ultimate frys and peach lemonade.Remember, it's mall food!PHILLY CHEESESTEAK - the quantity of meat dd not fill the bun as pictured. There were no mushrooms, at all.Ultimate Fries - about as many as a small at McDonalds.Peach Lemonade - pretty good!

I was in the United States Army stationed at Fort Dix New Jersey in the early eighties spent a lot of time in South Philly been to both Gino's and Pat's Cheesesteaks the first time I tried Charleys cheese steaks I closed my eyes and it brought me back to South Philly, I've tried a lot of cheesesteaks here in Salem here and they all say that they're the best will I find that hard to believe because Charleys is by far Head and Shoulders Above the Rest you guys can move in right across the street from Gino's and Pat's and compete my hat is off to you thank you for the Nostalgia.
