Not here to complain about the food, chipotle is amazing. On the other hand, YIKES on the customer service side… would recommend ownership reiterate some sort of expectations around tact and tone. Came in to simply grab my paid mobile order under a sign that read “mobile order pick up here” - was immediately scolded by a staff member that treated me as though I was a thief, with no regard for her tone or customer service whatsoever. Not that my patronage matters, but won’t be back. Totally get that Salem has its fair share of thieves and that mobile ordering has a risk to it, but treating everyone like a criminal isn’t the answer. Not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Horrible service, websites say chipotle closes at 11 and we were at the restaurant at 9:45, they ran out of black beans, mild sauce, no honey chicken and they can’t even provide a tray to eat at the shop. They Atleast have 1 more hour of service and they can’t serve the items that they had to refill. A bowl is still 11$ and it’s not cheap when you don’t get what you want to eat. I would never recommend going to this place.

Really good food. Made the best burrito bowl! No smiles from the employees until I got to the cashier. Looked like they were not happy to be there.
Parking: Really hard to park. Spaces were very compact and hard to get in and out.

I placed a mobile order for my boyfriend, and he texted me halfway through in a panic because he had been mobbed by pissy teenage girls and he hadn’t been trained in how to deal with this situation before. He was not adequately prepared, if service is going to cause that level of emotional distress they should give us a warning and provide a waver.

I usually enjoy coming to this location. I came in today and 90’s Snoop Dogg is blasting through the restaurant. Every bad word imaginable is playing and there were kids in the restaurant. Please be courteous of kids and play non explicit music.
Don’t ever leave reviews. Everytime we come here they don’t put anything in our burritos or bowls. Last time for sure, good luck if you go

I asked for salsa he can me corn, I’m allergic to corn then he gave my sister more sour cream when she asked for corn 😪 . Same person making our bowls I get you are human but why so many mistake? So little food too it was never this bad until now.
