Only 2nd time to eat at this chain. The staff was very polite explained things well, repeated for me (hearing difficulties). Food was flavorful.

The flavor is uniquely Chipotle. I will go with the salad bowl next time and avoid the beans. Nuff said about that. The staff this evening was super friendly quick and treated me like a person. Seats are hard, table was rickety, and with all the hard surfaces in there it's very loud.

I love chipotle and I’ve been to many locations, however this specific chipotle is always overstaffed for some reason. I mean there’s a worker for each individual topping they put on my bowl for some reason, I swear a girl even passed the receipt to one girl who then passed it to another girl and the third then put the receipt in the bag. Not only that, but the workers lowkey seemed shady and judgemental. Not really my business what goes on behind the counter but it was funny. The food is pretty good though.

Apparently local locations do not serve the family make your own meal advertised. Web site accepts order then cannot process payment. Location tells me it’s an online item only as they cannot process the charges on the register.

My experiences are always satisfactory, food is always hot and fresh. My last visit, a young man named Brenden helped me with my order, he was extremely professional and kind and made my experience enjoyable. Good customer service truly makes a difference!

The workers at this place NEED to pay more attention to online orders. from missing to wrong food to careless presentation. There was a specific instance today where I ordered a quesadilla (which you can only do online, so I cannot physically get this from the store if I went there) and i swear there was about 2 tablespoons without exaggeration of cheese. It was a folded cooked tortilla. Care a little more? Take a little more time? This is people’s hard earned money.

Came in with a bogo entree coupon the other day… Had an issue where I was charged for both entrees, the employees helped out and told me to run my card. Somehow I was charged an additional 13.10 instead of it being a refund, de we’re $39.30 now…
I waited a couple days to see if the refund cleared before calling, nope. I call & get this terribly unhelpful call center that can only look at my receipt for 13.10, and acts as though I’m stupid for calling in & my coupon worked fine. I explained three times over before they understood the issue, so now I’ve wasted about 20-30 mins on the phone because south salem doesn’t answer. You get directed to a third party person that’s extremely hard to understand. India I’m assuming, so they end up telling me I have to go back in.
I arrive & go oh great, it’s the employee that was there during the initial double charged fiasco… I explain what happened & she refunds 13.10, so now I re explain again to her that it was a double charge, but the second charge was double the initial price. So she refunds another 13.10…
After, I ask for a free burrito (twice, was ignored the first time) for the troubles since I live in west Salem…& had to stop in specifically for this matter… Then they looked at me like I’m asking to go to the moon & back on their dime. I never had a tone, didn’t yell… please be kinder when you mess up. Thanks 🙏

Love chipotles food . However , everytime I come the customer service is absolutely terrible . The manger fought with my husband over CHICKEN . If I ask for double chicken don’t give us three pieces and expect us to not ask for more and complain . So we ask for more and he says he will charge us triple . When we got not even double . As a manager it’s your job to make the customers happy . Ran by children . I don’t like being that customer but I’m so tired of getting mis treated cause we want more chicken .

They had a lot of people in line for dinner time rush and they were out of like everything you want no chicken no veggies and chicken is one of the meats people get at chipotle so for them to barely start the grill for the chicken is crazy and for people to wait for some veggies is also crazy.

I recently decided to revisit Chipotle after not going for a while, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a really disappointing experience. My wife placed an online order for her food, and I noticed the price for chips and guacamole was relatively high, almost like a complete meal! After paying for her order, it said it'll take 15 mins, the drive will be 10 mins, so it should be ready when I get there from the house. I went inside to get my food because I wanted to create a nacho bowl, which isn't possible to do online.
When I arrived, there was only an hour left until closing, and that might have affected the service. A large group came in while I was waiting in line, and the woman at the front seemed frustrated. She loudly announced what food items they had run out of, and when she asked me if I was okay with that, her tone was a bit rude.
I ordered a bowl with rice on the side and double steak, but it didn’t seem like there was much steak at all. They didn’t have any fajitas available. I also got a drink and a large bag of chips. After paying, I asked if my wife’s online order was ready, but it wasn’t, so I had to wait. I realized that the cashier forgot to give me my drink, so I had to go back to grab it.
Eventually, I got my food and headed home, only to find that they didn’t include my chips. I had to make another trip back, where the lady at the counter gave me just two bags of chips for the mistake. When I got home, my wife mentioned that they left out the fajitas, and I had to tell her that the restaurant was out of them.
I really think that if a restaurant runs out of certain items, they should let customers know when ordering online. The rice was so salty that I couldn’t eat it, and the chips were stale. It’s frustrating because Chipotle charges a lot for their food, and they should make sure it’s fresh or edible, especially close to closing time. If this can't happen, then close early. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back again, it just wasn’t worth my money. I was in the food business before and understand how it can be at the end of the night, but that doesn't mean you sell old food.

Went to Chipotle on Commercial in South Salem with my sister for dinner tonight. I ordered online like I normally would and picked up the order and headed back home. We sat down and to our surprise, when my sister opened her bowl, it looked as if it was half eaten. While I tend to give fast food restaurants the benefit of the doubt, this is just plain gross. We went back and had them remake it in front of us because clearly some biggie was hungry behind the counter, and I'm not going to pay for it again considering I doubt they'd give me a refund anyway. I worked at Chipotle at about 15 and not one time did I serve something like this. I don't play about my money, and if in the rare occasion I buy food out, I expect at least some sort of decent food. Don't order online, clearly was lesson learned. And maybe just don't go to Chipotle in South Salem either. I'm actually insanely disgusted that someone thought this was acceptable to serve. Chipotle, do better, gang, this is just weird behavior, no lie. I hate to Karen out because I tend to just leave it alone but this was bizarre and should be talked about lmao. They treated me coming in and telling them about this as if it was the biggest inconvenience as well which isn’t making me feel any better. Hire more understanding less greedy people.
