It's chipotle, so the taste is as expected. The service, however, is disappointing. The last two times I've been they basically threw each item at the burrito with no regard for amount, as if they were being timed per customer. I get the state of the world and low wages, but why treat your customers poorly? Won't be much of a job if it flops... just show care for the person in front of you, as long as they aren't rude.. seems like the bare minimum at least.

Chipotle is what you'd expect. The food is good. When we first came here, the food was exceedingly salty. I'm not sure what had happened, but that's pretty much all you could taste. Since then, it's gotten better. It's nice to not have to drive all the way over the bridge to go get Chipotle. I wish the parking lot didn't suck so much.

I was surprised that the food was so very good!! We arrived shortly after they opened for lunch and got our food right away and it was fresh, tasty and inexpensive!

I am 100% gluten free, I have cealic disease and everytime I have went in they wipe down the counter, change gloves get new ingredients and even change spoons and I have never once had a problem with there food making me sick, this is the BEST Chipotle i’ve been too!!!
Awful experience with wife. Extremely rude staff, tiny portions and ridiculous prices. Last time coming here. Can't wait for this location to go out of business and gets replaced with something better.

I paid over $50 for a burrito that's practically a quarter of the size it should be, tacos that are almost all tortilla, and refrigerator temperature cold food that is absolutely deplorable and not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle to my worst enemy. Seriously don't go here unless you want some snake oil food. Thanks for nothing.

This is the worst chipotle! Food is fine like any other chipotle BUT the teens that run this place are awful!!! They ignore you when you’re standing there then when you ask for help they say one min and continue on with their personal conversations or they don’t even look up when they clearly hear you! It’s wild there was at least 4-5 of them and they told us to wait! Um no we already have been waiting 5 min while you all just talk. we walked out and I have yet to be back. That was ridiculous. That girl that told us to wait wow just wow! No wonder this place is 3 stars. Was so excited to get chipotle in west Salem but due to there customer service I’m not going back for a VERY long time
