I order extra veggies and beans but I don’t get it as requested.
Employees are very flat, unable to be social or doesn’t care.

I paid over $50 for a burrito that's practically a quarter of the size it should be, tacos that are almost all tortilla, and refrigerator temperature cold food that is absolutely deplorable and not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle to my worst enemy. Seriously don't go here unless you want some snake oil food. Thanks for nothing.

This is the worst chipotle! Food is fine like any other chipotle BUT the teens that run this place are awful!!! They ignore you when you’re standing there then when you ask for help they say one min and continue on with their personal conversations or they don’t even look up when they clearly hear you! It’s wild there was at least 4-5 of them and they told us to wait! Um no we already have been waiting 5 min while you all just talk. we walked out and I have yet to be back. That was ridiculous. That girl that told us to wait wow just wow! No wonder this place is 3 stars. Was so excited to get chipotle in west Salem but due to there customer service I’m not going back for a VERY long time

Came here before work for lunch. Food is always good and the service was incredible. They keep their place clean and the atmosphere is friendly. One complaint is that their bagged chips always taste stale

Unfortunately, I may stop going to chipotle . As much as I love their food . The customer service is always terrible . The portion sizes are always super small . They catch an attitude when you ask for more meat . I went to the west Salem location tonight . The server who made my burrito tall Caucasian guy with brown hair was clearly getting furious with my husband and I. He refused to give us more chicken and insisted we payed double chicken . He asked if we would like to speak to the manager . She had just said give them a little more . Why are we yelling at our customers? It’s not coming out of your check .
We love Chipotle. We go to every location except for the West Salem location. Historically, they have prepared every single order we've ever had at the West Salem location, incorrectly. This last time, we ordered from another location like usual, however at the last minute, we chose delivery instead of pick-up. As a result, they changed our ordering store to the West Salem branch even though I left a much larger tip for driving out of the way.
Not surprised, every single item on our order was missing ingredients, missing several items, and had the wrong ingredients (such as beef instead of chicken) I don't know how this location manages to mess up so many orders, but they are just awful. I do not recommend.

Worst customer service. Did an online order. Walked in 10 people in line waited in line so my order would be made accordingly and then they told me they are making it in the back still I asked why they couldn’t make my order since I just waited in line for 10 people to order and she just said she has a lot of orders in the back repeatedly instead of helping a customer standing in front of her.

Chipotle is always delicious, but sometimes the customer service doesn't always match the food.... most of the employees at this location are exceptionally nice, but I had one bad experience in recent days so I decided to inform the GM. I think what makes a business & team great is good leadership and today I got to chat with the manager about it and he was so responsive & helpful, it turned a not so great experience into a growth experience. I always appreciate it so much when a business or manager goes out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer and the general manager did just that. He listened to how my experience went & he did what he could to make it right. Thank you so much for your great customer service and I appreciate all the people that work so hard there & take such good care of their customers! We will definitely be back.

They were out of almost everything, so they piled it high with meat and white rice. Which was pretty much all they had. I them add guacamole since there was nothing else. They charged me extra for the guacamole. I heard the guy next to me complain that it's been this way for weeks. I don't recommend that you waste your time and money here.

Food is always excellent, definitely most bang for your buck; (I pay way more at that fast food type place and get a wrapper with a bunch of lettuce) that is, when they have enough. Each time I'm there I end up getting the scrapings at the end of the metal container. Service is friendly (often feels phony and forced, since COVID ~ most places feel that way.) overall, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Wheelchair accessible. Not much for kiddos ~ forgot to check for highchairs & changing tables.

They were out of regular sized tortillas in the entire store... at 6:30pm on a Monday. Really? They offered to make the burrito into a bowl and throw in some kids tortillas, but the two tiny tortillas did not make up for it.

Second time in a row they were out of grilled vegetables. This time they were also out of brown rice, and only had a half spoon full of pinto beans left. Without asking they added 2 spoonfuls of white rice to fill the bowl. Server refused to offer a discount or even add on some guacamole for the missing ingredients stating they “didn’t know if they could do that.” Paid $10 for a bowl of white rice and a garnish.
