Absolutely terrible!!! The workers don’t care about you at all. They don’t have any care in the world. I placed a pickup order through the app in the Drive Thru to be ready at 9:50pm. So I arrive there in the Chipotlelane (drive thru) because it says my order is ready in 1 BAG. I get there in the drive thru and about 4 different workers walk in the back, looked at me and didn’t acknowledge I was there in my car waiting for my food MULTIPLE TIMES and would walk away. They were making eye contact with me and I even yelled super loud HELLO once when they were back there and they didn't hear that. All they have to do is hand me a bag. I decided I’m going to have to go inside they are not helping me. They were NOT busy at all I Went inside and told them everything and they did not care. They started laughing and smiling and I got no sorry or nothing. Even if you don’t care or you want to look cool you do apologize. It’s a terrible look when you don’t. It’s your own wrong doing! Looked like the owner or manager was there too. (had no chipotle uniform just normal clothes on and a clipboard) in the back ALSO didn’t give me the bag. The bag was RIGHT THERE. ALL this girl inside said was “What’s the name on the order” and grabs it from the back (she’s already been in the back many times) and hands it to me. Was it that hard??? I had to go in to get my food And no sorry, Just hands me the bag. dead silence. When it’s their wrong doing they should say sorry. But instead they were all laughing as if they were doing their jobs right when they weren’t. It’s the easiest thing to do!!! That’s so funny? You just hand me a bag And you can’t even do that! You’re not cool at all because you don’t say sorry, The workers thought they were so cool not apologizing. I’m sorry but who are you trying to impress? You’re laughing at your own wrong doing. My food is hella cold and the mild was missing from my bowl. EXTREMELY SLOW LAZY WORKERS!!!!!!! NO SERVICE AT ALL ZERO SERVICE!!!!!!! I’m not even looking for an apology it’s the fact how they didn’t care when it was their fault and they did not even apologize for it. They were rude! Anyone with an actual brain would be laughing at you because you can’t even hand A BAG to your customer. I go here a lot too and this was the first time this happened. I never storm out at all but this got me because HOW are multiple employees going by the drive thru window and not help me? Like are you okay? And laughing when I tell you INSIDE the store? Yeah it’s so funny right? sooooo funny that you couldn’t hand me a bag through a window! LAZYYYYYYY WEST SALEM CHIPOTLE LAZY!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOO LAZY!!!!!!!!!!! HAD TO GO INSIDE WHEN I ORDERED THROUGH THE CHIPOTLE LANE. (Drive Thru) Pickup on the app. I was clearly upset too. I just take the bag and leave. You don’t get a Thank You!!! Such useless workers!!! TERRIBLE ZERO SERVICE! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Last two times was terrible food! Chicken was lukewarm, beans were cold and half water, rice was cold, dining room was messy and unkept. Smudges all over every surface. It was gross! Every time I’m in there they’re short handed and I’m not even acknowledged when I’m waiting at the counter. I’m not going to reach out via their website since all they do is ask for a receipt. I didn’t keep any receipts and I think they have sufficient complaints to justify that there is a problem with this particular store.

Slowest staff at a chipotle ever, and I’ve been to them all over the country. This is purely a mismanagement issue, training in inadequate as staff often don’t know what they are doing. They are often out of products no matter the time of day. Even with a small line it takes forever to get through. I love Chipotle but this location is not worth visiting.

I have had to go back to this store more than 4 times in the past month. One time they completely messed up my order. Most of the time I get 3/4 of a bowl. And the most recent time I had to go back because they didn't add the DOUBLE chicken that I paid for. This location is getting worse and worse, no sympathy for messing orders up and wasting people's time. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

I was really impressed with the staff on my visit tonight. The food is good as always but they were slammed and had just been hit with a rush and remained professional.
They were out of some things and trying to make more, handle inside customers AND online orders (obviously under some pressure) but were still calm and collected. A customer was annoyed he had to wait for more chicken, but the worker on the line handled it with grace.
They're doing great!

Okay to preface, I am not a picky eater, I never have been and I'm super easy going. (I understand that also not everyone has the same taste)

This is the second time I have ordered doordash from this location, the first time I ordered a burrito bowl and it looked pretty good but when I tasted it was unbelievably salty, it was like I had licked a salt block, I figured I'd stir it up thinking maybe they just didn't salt the meat evenly, nope the meat itself was so salty I ended up taking it all out which left me with rice and salsa. I was pretty disappointed but I thought I'd wait a few months and give it another try.

This time when I ordered, I added another salsa to it and got a different meat, I wanted to try the place again and see if it was just a mistake last time. It was not, the food I got today was so spicy that I took a bite and my lips immediately were burning and instant acid reflux. I usually love all the spicy foods and I was shocked.

Moral of the story, just go to a different location or try Qdoba on commercial st.

Multiple cases. The photo is representing my friend is is an avid goer. Had quite literally had maybe 4 bites of food in his bowl. (he did have one bite before the photo).
He went 25 minutes before close, and when he arrived they closed early and saw 2 workers sitting at the table eating.

NOW for me, i’ve always just gotten terrible service. Just highschool kids who aren’t held to any standard. Not their fault, just poor management. Today I had got in, and there was a million workers. Yet there’s still a line. Everyone is standing around talking and literally looking over at me because they can tell i’m upset. But continue their “talk” and just moping around. Took me way too long to get through the line considering how many people were in it. But I will not discredit the lady working the line and making the food. White, probably 16-18 years old. It’s 12-12-24 around 4pm. They left her all by her self and could see she was visibly stressing and couldn’t handle all of it by her self. She was insanely nice to me and kicked ass. Hats off to her, but boo on the rest of your staff. Yall need to do better.

I just thought I would pass along some concerning things that we experienced while visiting tonight.
I will preference this by saying we visit your store quite often at least three times a month.
Tonight, they were out of bowls turning away multiple upset customers. Out of grilled veggies and queso with no explanation other than “out of that for  tonight”, it was 6 pm.
Other than being out of a lot of stuff I had to ask them to clean the tables just for us to sit. (All of them were dirty)
Most concerning the loud music coming from the kitchen area. Eminem (yes the rapper) with multiple F bombs being dropped without censorship. The music was so loud that you couldn’t hear the normal sitting area music and I had to raise my voice to even tell the girl my order.
There was another family of four with little kids who also were quite displeased as we considered this a family establishment.
Tonight it didn’t seem like there was any leadership and these “kids” (I’m sure they are young adults) just do what they want, but as a business owner I would hope you would want to know.
I tried to email and text according to the business card on the counter at the store and the email came back undeliverable. The text went unanswered.
