The only thing they got going for them is the drive thru pickup bc otherwise my food was packaged like an angry teen was trying to take out their anger on my poor little mishap of a burrito. Poor kid tbh. Should probably get paid more. Anyway, it's more expensive than the one on Lancaster AND it's made with less love. Even my burrito bowl was smashed in. For a dollar more expensive you should be paying workers more to afford therapy. I only came over here bc the universe placed me in that area of town. Lancaster Chipotle 4eva

We order take it from this location quite often and for the most part, are really happy with the service and food quality. Only gripe is when we order online. Several times they are out of the chips and or fresh tomatoe salsa yet we still get charged for it. Sometimes they will offer a handwritten coupon but we usually don't use them because we use the app, and there's no way to redeem it that way. Also the app does not let you order a large chips and salsa. You can only order a small, yet you can order a lage chips and guac. Otherwise, we love the service and food.

Facility was dirty, most the tables needed cleaning. The staff that was there were courteous and friendly. Clearly understaffed. We were told they were out of guacamole and it would be 30 minutes before they made more. Chips were stale.

I have had Chipotle in many location across multiple states, and the one closet to my house was the biggest disappointment. I have heard that this location doesn’t measure up, but thought it can’t be different it’s not possible. The portion for a bowl was about a third of most locations, they didn’t have chicken, and they tried to charge me for guacamole and I didn’t get any. So sad, I love Chipotle, just this location is the disappointment.

New to town and this location gave me food poisoning. I knew I shouldn’t have eaten it in the first place because of how off it looked. Be aware. They are also either out of most toppings or just forget them frequently when ordering 3rd party.
