Hidden gem in Salem. Why haven't we gone here more?! The food was fantastic! The live jazz was excellent and our server was perfect. Can't wait to go again!!

This was our second visit. It was so good we will eat there frequently in the days to come. We highly recommend it!

Ambiance was nice. Service was good. Time from ordering to food delivery was a little slow. Food was good. Pricing was surprisingly affordable.

We have had many great experiences at Chira's previously but this one was definitely NOT one of them. We went in for a birthday. Waitress was fantastic but food was not on par. Son's halibut fish and chips ($30) was rubbery to the point that he could not even eat it. When we let them know they took 50% off of our bill but should have removed it all as it was not even edible. Two at our table had the Kobe Burger and Bun was so HARD that they put a steak knife in it and it remained upright. I had the salmon Oscar and my salmon was dry/overcooked. We were very disappointed. Likely won't be going back which is unfortunate as Salem has so few good American restaurants anymore.

The Garden Omelette and hash browns and coffee were so delicious. Yelena (sp?), the waitress, was so kind and friendly and courteous. We had a wonderful time.

Another wonderful dinner. Service and food were both on point, this restaurant is an absolute gem!!

This place is the best fine dining restaurant in the area. If you are lucky enough to be there on a night when live music is being played (typically all instrumental jazz) the experiences goes to S tier. Be prepared to pay for the quality, but this is the place to treat yourself in town.

My wife and I had dinner at Chira's the other night and found the food was great and the service outstanding. But the best thing was the pleasant atmosphere. So may places try to be a night club with music so loud and distracting one cannot carry on a conversation. For me, Chira's checked all the boxes!

My Sister treated me to lunch at Chira’s today. Yuriy and Christina catered a wedding at Log House Garden a year or so ago!! Their food is delicious. After our wonderful lunch we both ordered the special to go ( pirogies) for our dinner tonite. They are such a gracious lovely couple. We will be back. So many items that we want to try. Thank you Yuriy and Christina for the wonderful afternoon with my sister.

Very good dining experience. Appetizer, meal and dessert were delectable. Would definitely recommend. Pasta and fish were cooked spot on. Yelena was our waitress and we had excellent service and nice dinner.
