I had the ribeye steak and it was amazing! It was so juicy and seasoned perfectly! The staff were really nice and were accommodating to my dietary restrictions. My drinks were really good too, I had an old fashioned that was incredible and also had a pear sour that was wonderful, it was like biting into a fresh juicy pear. I love this place I'll definitely be coming back soon with friends.

I had an awesome time celebrating my birthday at Chiras! Everyone in my group loved their meals and the server took great care of us. Thank you Chiras! We will definitely be back!

I ordered the crusted halibut I didn't get halibut, I got three pieces of rubbery, super salty crap fish. I asked for a passion fruit margarita and it was definitely lime but my waitress snapped at me over it,so I asked l for a raspberry and again got lime with something I can't explain. My husband said the salmon tasted like it was farmed, the crab tasted like it came from a can and definitely not dungeons crab.. She did try to make it right but it wasn't much better. .

Disappointing. Very overpriced food. Filet was average, two of us had cold potatoes, and the broccoli side dish was undercooked and smothered in canned cheese. Will not return.

Very slow service but an exceptionally busy day. Food was excellent and server did her best.

We have had the pleasure of dinning here 3 times, each time Yelena was our server, and let me tell you, she is the GREATEST server I’ve encountered in a long while. She was attentive to our large party, never let our cups become empty, and her personality is amazing! She is the reason we keep going back! Hands down the greatest waitress ever! Also, the food is delicious, and the Pear Vanilla Sour is to die for! Will definitely become our new “go to” over Ritter’s!

Great food at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately this was a very bad experience. Even more unfortunate is that the food was pretty good. We showed up 15 minutes before our reservation and it took 30 minutes to seat us and then another hour and a half to get our food. The servers and manager offered no apologies or explanations for the service issue and would not tell us that the wait was so long, we were told 10 different times it would just be another minute or so. In addition there is an automatic 20% gratuity that was not mentioned at all. Overall the experiencewas ruined by very poor service

Service was slow as snot. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. Took over an hour for food to arrive. Drinks were decent. Steak was overcooked. Frys were just about perfect.

Food and drinks were delicious, I highly recommend checking them out.

Whaf a wonderful place to dine and the service was fabulous. We will definitely be back. We loved the class especially however everyone loved their meal. Excellent! Top notch! Also quiet enough for good conversation.

Hidden gem in Salem. Why haven't we gone here more?! The food was fantastic! The live jazz was excellent and our server was perfect. Can't wait to go again!!
