Fantastic BBQ, never had the brisket cut up they way did it. Pulled pork was 🔥🔥 tender and juicy so was the brisket. Coleslaw is great compared to regular slaw. Great price, for great food.

Cindy Lou's BBQ knows what they're doing. I ordered the brisket sliced, with jalapeño rice and cheesy mash potatoes. The brisket is packed with a rich smoke flavory. I got the spicey BBQ sauce with it, and the sauce compliments the smokey flavor perfectly. I picked up a slight citrus flavor in te sauce and it is really nice. The rice was a perfect texture and consistency all throughout. Tons of flavor bursting in every bite. The cheesy mash was lovely and that velvet butter flavor was the perfect pallet cleanser as I worked between the rest. Definitely check these guys out.

Great place to eat and a hidden treasure. Thanks for the awesome meal for a couple of out of town workers. Recommended for catering and a quick bite. Brisket is epic and smoked to perfection.

best funding food I've ever had from a food truck

Excellent offering of BBQ. I chose the sliced brisket with sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The brisket was smoked to perfection, so tender a knife not needed! The sides are homemade and were very good! The service was great too. This is a food truck but they have a small section to sit and eat if you want to watch traffic/people while indulging.
